Cluster Bomb Ban to Become Law – Without U.S.

I don't think that The Empire could exist without terrorist weapons such as cluster bombs, land mines and the weapons of mass destruction--hence capitalists and their system likely would not survive. The only people that are really committed to this system are banksters and corporate execs.
