‘Both sides in Syrian conflict should be subject to investigation’

This independent journalist also confirms that the Free Syria Army includes foreign mercenaries armed & backed by very Arab League supposedly investigating Syrian violence, and the Army appears to be directed by NATO in nearby bases.
These are mercenaries and defectors armed by outside powers. These outside powers are basically from Qatar and the Emirates,” he adds. “They come and go. They are rag-tag bands, basically.
