We’ve lived so long under the spell of hierarchy—from god-kings to feudal lords to party bosses—that only recently have we awakened to see not only that “regular” citizens have the capacity for self-governance, but that without their engagement our huge global crises cannot be addressed. The changes needed for human society simply to survive, let alone thrive, are so profound that the only way we will move toward them is if we ourselves, regular citizens, feel meaningful ownership of solutions through direct engagement. Our problems are too big, interrelated, and pervasive to yield to directives from on high.

Anti-Iran Sanctions: Francis A. Boyle: I’m Ready to Help Iran Freeze the Sanctions

Click here to access interview of Prof. Francis A. Boyle by Iranian journalist Kourosh Ziabari from Iran Review.

The widely respected international journalist interviews Prof. Boyle who...
...is a professor of international law at the University of Illinois’s College of Law. Prof. Boyle has a Ph.D. in political science from the Harvard University. He is a vocal critic of the U.S. foreign policy, and especially the War on Terror which has claimed the lives of thousands of innocent people across the world, especially in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Ziabari's introduction contains a sentence--the best description of Israel in one sentence that I have ever seen--which quotes Boyle's view of Israel.
...Israel is “nothing more than a Jewish Bantustan, set up by the Western colonial powers, in the Middle East, to control and dominate the Middle East at their behest.”
Although the article doesn't explain the setting, this piece appears to be a transcript of an audio interview done probably at a radio or TV station.
