...I’ve decided to re-feature an article I wrote about the subject in April, 2013. Since then the situation in Europe has immeasurably deteriorated. The old continent’s economy is seizing up at the joints, a bloody proxy war has been engineered on its Eastern fringes, a suicidal trade war has been declared against its most strategically vital neighbour, Russia, and the final touches are being put to a transatlantic trade treaty that seeks to transfer virtually all economic power and decision making to the transatlantic corporatocracy.
