I have a hunch that this was when the US/Anglo/Zionist Empire decided to get rid of Morales because he spoke too much truth in front of the Security Council of the United Nations--they wouldn't want to be embarrassed any further by Morales or anybody who speaks the truth. The same applies to independent journalists and real whistleblowers.
