WMO is the United Nations System’s authoritative voice on weather, climate and water. This very comprehensive study will not be reported in your 6 o’clock evening news broadcast. But some scientist somewhere in the world, probably funded directly or indirectly by major corporations, will report that this decade was cooler, and this will be reported everywhere.
