This article made the front page in The Seattle Times yesterday. It's a sign that our capitalist masters are starting to take the ramifications of fossil fuel use seriously. But unless you and I and others get together to change the system that is driving this developing catastrophe, nothing will be done. In fact, we can expect only an acceleration of more disasters.
