Posts that I especially recommend for Saturday, February 12, 2022

Let me be blunt; we are all in big danger right now.

The reasons are many, but they share one cause – too many people in positions of power believe in false things
[or they deliberately deceive]. They are quite convinced their narratives are real and true, I’ll grant them that, but they are deluded in their thinking. [my insertion--he is speaking of hi-tech people whose salaries depend on appropriate beliefs--see Upton Sinclair]
  • How the US Uses the NED to Export Obedience, with Matt Kennard featuring "Lowkey", a British-Iraqi hip-hop artist, academic, and political campaigner--from Mint Press News, based in Minneapolis--using Mint Press News' channel on YouTube (1:10:27). (Note: The script in this post serves as an introduction to the video. There is also an audio version provided.)
  • The Ultimate End of NATO by Scott Ritter from Consortium News. My reaction: Ritter gives us a thorough explanation of NATO and its importance as the army of the de-facto US/British/Zionist Empire.
  • 💥The Crisis in Ukraine Is Not About Ukraine. It's About Germany by Mike Whitney from The Unz Review. This is a best post. My reaction: Whitney begins his essay with this quote (below) from a CEO of a right-wing, private spy agency. The quote's argument contains an obvious truth behind the current efforts to create war hysteria in Europe. Having lost the battle on Nord Stream 2, the de-facto US/British/Zionist Empire has created a backup plan. But what happens if and when this plan fails? The directors of this Empire feel that the Russian-Germany relations are key to their longtime objective to rule the world, and desperate enough to keep them apart. Could the directors offer another example of projecting their tactics onto the Russians for propaganda purposes? If so, we may see a false-flag operation designed by the Empire and blamed on the Russians. In contrast to what many Americans think, who are preoccupied with the issues related to the covid "pandemic", I think this crisis is very dangerous.
“The primordial interest of the United States, over which for centuries we have fought wars– the First, the Second and Cold Wars– has been the relationship between Germany and Russia, because united there, they’re the only force that could threaten us. And to make sure that that doesn’t happen.” George Friedman, STRATFOR CEO at The Chicago Council on Foreign Affairs
  • Beijing Winter Olympics: Front line in new cold war on China – with Carl Zha by Benjamin Norton (formerly of The Grayzone) from Multipolarista. (Note: Norton considers Carl Zha to be an expert on China. Having been educated in China prior to his immigration to the USA at the age of 13 and since then he has been indoctrinated with anti-Chinese propaganda received in the US, he has a very mixed background to be an expert. Zha is certainly very knowledgeable about China. This post features two lengthy video interviews with Zha; and if you have the time, it promises to be very interesting. I may listen to the two full videos later.)
It’s called “empire” folks. Reference names like Caligula, Commodus, and Nero. Rome loved them too, up until things like the incompetence of leadership, a bad economy, climate change, internal struggles for power, the health of Rome’s people, religious changes, and the numbers and effectiveness of her armies doomed the empire. Sound familiar?

Well, at least we’ll have Russia’s leader to blame. As if it will matter then.
