Western corporations have not just taken control of certain profitable agribusinesses and agricultural activities, they have now initiated a vertical integration of the agricultural sector and extended their grip on infrastructure and shipping.My only criticism of this report is that the author too frequently uses a favorite term of neoliberal agents to provide a nice sounding cover for activities that promote the purchase of assets in foreign countries by capitalists in the Empire: "reform".
