It appears that only Israel and the southern colonies of the USA have so far gone along with the US's recognition of the President of Venezuela. The author reports that "only four [of the core members of the Empire in Europe] out of twenty eight EU states, Britain, France, Germany and Spain, ... were expected to announce support."
