He makes the argument--and he is correct--that the overwhelming majority of Americans are ignorant and/or manipulated because of the control by the ruling class of every ideological institution of society. He goes on to argue that the recent election was laced with fraud, and then implies that we should not accept the apparent results of the election, and that we should support the Trump camp in a valid election. It seems to me that the appropriate response would have been the total boycott of the elections because we have been offered a choice between to what resembles old-fashioned fascism or the slicked-up version of neofascism promoted by the Democratic Party (controlled by the capitalist Deep State), that is, essentially between Tweedledum and Tweedledee (def.).

(Note: If this video interests you, you may also may be interested in another video (from the same source) which features a lengthy discussion of HIV Aids, Dr. Fauci, and other dubious connections.)

This broadcast was posted on Internationalist 360° because I could not find, in my limited time, the program on WORT-FM Madison that Allen Ruff hosts. One of the reasons I keep writing about AI is that the entire construct of an artificial intelligence has become both a symbol and metaphor for contemporary thought, and, is part of this ongoing reshaping of human consciousness. 

I admit I am surprised how many people believe in the entire project of AI. Clearly it holds something very appealing that people WANT to believe in. And a key element in this is the idea of predictability. And predicting means controlling. So, in one sense, there is nothing new in this desire to foretell the future.

My personal position is that I think that the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 causing covid-19 illness is a mild and highly contagious disease that was likely created in a US lab, but used by the capitalist transnational ruling class of the US/Anglo/Zionist Empire as a prime population reduction method because of their losing battle with global warming. Other benefits include: 1) to enrich the Empire's ruling class by providing them with investments in major pharmaceutical corporations and mandating or urging vaccines; 2) as a means, after their corruption of WHO, UN's World Health Organization, to provide an excuse or cover to extend control over the populations of the Empire. 

I can't prove these propositions yet, but it takes time to unravel the deceits of the transnational capitalist class and all of their psychological operations, and I won't be here (because of advanced age) when this finally happens. I have had considerable experience with these deceptive operations throughout my long lifetime (the Vietnam War, assassinations, War on Drugs, 9/11, War on Terrorism, all the "color revolutions" or subversive efforts to overturn and consolidate their control over nations of the world, etc.), and I am convinced that this pandemic is highly exaggerated by media corporations to serve the various interests (outlined above) of  the Empire's transnational ruling class.

To be sure, covid-19 illness is real, but they engineered this "crisis" by creating a highly contagious, but mild virus and used global media corporations to spread fear of this disease. This pandemic has been blown out of all proportion to the mild threat posed for most populations in rich nations, but the shutting down of economies is devastating for poorer people ("deplorables") and likewise with poorer nations with inadequate health systems. Government authorities, under the control of the Empire's ruling class, interfered with constructive medical efforts to control it. If you think that these criminals are seriously interested in protecting your health and that of the world's populations, I have several bridges to sell you (def.)

Murray is right when he writes "If people thought that the last four years in American politics were divisive, then they’ve seen nothing yet. Since Trump was elected in 2016, we have been subjected to 24/7 lies from the main ruling transnational capitalist class. They have demonstrated that they will use any means to accumulate more money and power. But what could we expect from this criminal gang of thieves? They have simply done to Americans what they have always done to manage their minds--cover for their assassinations, psy-ops, lies, in other words, the subversive use of media corporations to spread their propaganda. Murray cites numerous specific examples to smear Trump. 

He is right about the hardening of divisions among Americans, and I think we can expect this ruling class to contribute to this divisiveness in the years to come while distracting gullible Americans from the real issues as they "laugh all the way to their banks".

My commentary follows (edited for clarity at 7:25 PM CT):

While viewing this I was emotionally moved by the hordes of people protesting the deterioration of our climate brought about by the capitalist ruling class because of their obsession with profits and power. I also thought about the smug people celebrating the defeat of Donald Trump in the recent "election" announced by media corporations. I thought about the contrast of these protesting (mostly) young people and the people who were celebrating the defeat of Trump (which his camp is disputing), the devil incarnate created by the media of the ruling class. Then I thought about the Germans who were attracted to the Nazi party because they represented a powerful force that were lavishly supported by international capitalists who wanted to destroy the one country where their class didn't rule--the Soviet Union. (See my commentary in which I developed this argument.) (Sorry about the delay in applying this link--I was distracted by format problems.)

Then the thought occurred to me that many ordinary Germans were attracted to this powerful social-economic force because they felt so powerless themselves, and they wanted to identify with what they perceived as a powerful force. I thought the same was applicable to many of my fellow Americans.

But my mind didn't stop there. I concluded that the Great Reset project that our unelected masters decided and their massive engineering of this pandemic was intended to divert our attention to the many real issues that divide Americans while they focus their attention and actions to projects that will support their class's obsession with profits and power, and to extend as long as possible their system of capitalism that provides them with these rewards.

A ‘fourth industrial revolution’ is the only way by which to ‘square this circle’, according to this mindset [referring to the dominant section of the neoliberal ruling class]. The Reset is purposefully aimed to disrupt all areas of life, albeit on a planetary scale.  Shock therapy, as it were, to change the way we humans think of ourselves, and our relationship with the world.  The Great Reset looks to a supply-side ‘miracle’, achieved through full-spectrum automation and robotics.  A world where the money is digital; the food is lab-grown; where everything is counted and controlled by giant monopolies; and everyday existence is micromanaged by ever-monitoring, ever-nudging AI that registers thoughts and feelings before the people even get a chance to make those thoughts.

My reaction: I am convinced that many years of anti-communist, anti-socialist, and capitalist pro-growth propaganda will ensure the extinction of humans. People will gradually wake up and "connect the dots", but it will be far too late to save a planet that can support human life and that of many other species.

It was very little doubt in my mind that Biden/Harris will win the "election" either by "hook or by crook" (see also this post). The ruling class, of course, rules, and in this election they were determined that their candidate would win. They might make mistakes occasionally (Trump in 2016 was such a mistake), but they control elections much like every other institution. And it was clear from their media coverage ever since Trump mistakenly won the election in 2016, that the core ruling class of transnational fascist-capitalists ("neoliberals" or literally the new capitalists) were going to correct this mistake.

I am posting this because I think that Christoforou has the best specific prognostication regarding the Empire's foreign policy which argues for the US support for destabilizing countries near the "under-belly" of Russia including Syria. I think they, that is, the ruling transnational ruling class of the US/Anglo/Zionist Empire, have already begun to implement this plan. 

I note that towards the end of this presentation, Christoforou reports the efforts by Google's YouTube to take away his income. We simply must support his efforts to bring clarity to so many political issues, or else he will go away. 

I think that ruling class will increase its efforts at censorship by such de-funding efforts of anyone who exposes the criminal actions of this class. Although I can agree with his statements about Trump, he never identifies the "Real Problem" that is the neo-fascism of the transnational capitalist class. In fact, he seems to believe, like many current "leftists", that they are something different than the old-fashioned fascists. This is totally false. 

As I have explained in a previous essay, the transnational capitalists are the latest version of advanced capitalist rule which absorbed much of the classic fascism exhibited by the German Nazis in the 1930s and early 1940s. US capitalists merely joined with the British capitalists and what was left of the British Empire and the largely destroyed nations of Europe after WWII to construct a new empire. The new empire's ruling class consolidated their control over much of Europe with Operation Gladio and infiltration of media corporations. In 1967 they added the fascist international Jewry, at the time were mostly European capitalists, which the British had set up to control the oil-rich Middle East from Arab nationalists. The new empire can be legitimately named as US/Anglo/Zionist Empire. 

The current "Great Reset" that the Empire's ruling class and the UN's corrupted agency WHO (World Health Organization) have imposed on the world is mainly designed to get rid of "useless eaters" that I've seen used frequently in describing various aspects of their plan. This expression has a history mostly hidden in the classic fascist past (see this and this). The project is mainly designed to reduce populations, and it is the Empire's plan to cope with the climate crisis which they know is real. If the "Great Reset" contributes to their profits and power, so much the better.

• Shredding journalistic credibility from RT via their YouTube channel. (Note: This post is a video-interview with Matt Taibbi that is largely conducted by Chris Hedges, although the latter sometimes offer his views on the journalistic deterioration of the NY Times (and media in general) about which both agree.) My reaction: This is a perfectly normal development in capitalist societies (because of "growth imperative") which reveals an increasing concentration of ownership of all corporations in fewer hands. So, they should not be surprised or dismayed by a similar develop in media corporations. In other words, the end game of capitalism is a few owners who receive overwhelming power and wealth from their concentration of ownership and control of economic property. This is precisely why such a social-economic class have been sooner or later referred to as a "ruling class".

• Election Chaos Unfolding Exactly As P̶l̶a̶n̶n̶e̶d̶ Predicted & We’ve EVERY Reason To Question COVID featuring Ryan Cristián from The Last American Vagabond. My reaction: I don't ever mean to denigrate his efforts, because I think he is genuinely very concerned about these issues and wants to wake us up and also be concerned. The only problem is that, as I written in the past, he takes so much of our time trying to accomplish this. But more importantly, he, as is fashionable nowadays, argues that oligarchy is the problem. This is a very convenient way to obscure the issue of capitalism behind an inevitable result, that is, the rich getting richer ("oligarchy") and the poor getting poorer (and powerless) that such a social-economic system creates. Obscuring this behind "oligarchy", erroneously suggests that we can reform the system (which is responsible for these deceptions) by electing people who will pass legislation that will ensure a more equitable society via regulating corporations, tax policies, etc. Only a recognition that the oligarchy is an inevitable result of the system of capitalism and a ruling class of capitalists, who constantly try to fool us, can we organize effective efforts to change the system by removing private ownership from the present economy, the cornerstone of capitalism, and replace the latter with a system that ensures that the economy sustains us all within the complex web of nature.

My reaction: He tries to "disown" capitalism by arguing that it has morphed into "monopoly-state-socialism for the wealthy, a kleptocracy incompetently cloaked by a rigged simulacrum market in which risk and losses are transferred to the debt-serfs and tax donkeys and the 'socialism for the rich and powerful' is enforced by a pay-to-play simulacrum democracy and kleptocratic, totalitarian central bank, the Federal Reserve." This development is inevitable, but it is not what he labels as the system. The real system that drives the US/Anglo/Zionist Empire is the end stage of capitalism--fascist capitalism. We're not totally there yet, but it is presently developing into the nightmare of neofascism. His description of the present system as "monopoly-state-socialism for the wealthy" is simply the last stage of capitalism known as fascist capitalism.

• Assange and the Empire by Paul Edwards from CounterPunch. This is a best post because of my commentary which follows:  

The post is more about the defeat of "Trumpism", an embarrassing reminder of earlier capitalist rule, than it is about Assange. What will triumph in the election will be a slicked up version of capitalism that is soon to be naked, fascist-capitalism. Edwards tries to sooth our feelings by claiming that ...

... it’s undeniable that more people have more exposure to more sound data than was ever conceivable before, and in spite of Capitalism doing all it can to pollute all information streams, more Americans are more aware, if dimly, that Exceptionalist notions they’ve been schooled to embrace are somehow desafinado, as the bossa nova song had it: out of tune.

But, in the paragraph before he admits the fact that "Americans have not had the mental or psychological capacity to take it [the many crimes of the Empire] in and act on it." This was because they were seduced to believe in the fascist credo that "there is no such thing as society--there are only families" as Thatcher revealed so bluntly to the embarrassment of the ruling capitalist class. The slicked-up version of fascist-capitalism has since WWII used this theme to subvert any notion of class struggle. 

No, I will take no comfort in his observations that although we have access to more information than ever before because we chose to ignore it out of "moral cowardice". I disagree. Fascist-capitalists saw our human weakness: a preference for the more powerful motive-force of striving for one's family rather than for a more abstract just society. They exploited this weakness, and their control of our jobs/careers, which the system of capitalism delivered to them, to successfully counter any notions of revolutionary social justice among the great majority of humans.

And I take no comfort in his claim that we are a failing empire. We humans are a failed species. We will all go down to ignominious defeat by our failure to defeat capitalism. We are destined to disappear on this very unique planet Earth because of capitalism's mantra--limitless growth on a finite planet. We will disappear as a species, along with many others because we have under capitalism destroyed natural conditions on the planet that supports humans, that is, if we don't disappear earlier in a nuclear mushroom cloud.

I have wondered how billionaire Pierre Omidyar's financial backing would affect the Intercept's website. I think it was inevitable that Omidyar's identification with capitalism would influence how the Intercept handled certain issues. Now finally the facts come out that the management have been editing Greenwald's views on major events. 

I noticed that Naomi Klein joined the attack on Greenwald by arguing that he was not censored, but "edited"--as if there was a difference between editing one's views and censorship. This is another example of how people of the upper-middle-class, along with many of the middle-class, identify with the ruling class when "push comes to shove". Posing often as critics of the capitalist system, but when things get really critical, they reveal their true loyalties. If many years of indoctrination while attending universities failed to corrupt them, they soon succumbed to the many benefits from their collaboration with the capitalist ruling class whose overwhelming power and wealth could not exist without such people.

Populations in the countries of the Empire (led by the US/Anglo/Zionist nations) could conveniently ignore the horrors inflicted on other nations so long as they weren't affected, but this pandemic is now affecting them. It illustrates how the directors of the Empire could care less about their subjects when their profits and their system of capitalism is at stake. (You may also be interested in this article entitled "How Would You Spend Your Last Thanksgiving?")

• It’s Not a Social Dilemma – It’s the Calculated Destruction of the Social by Cory Morningstar from the Wrong Kind of Green. (Note: This is Morningstar's answer (and the collective that publishes the website Wrong Kind of Green) to Netflix's film The Social Dilemma. The latter film attempts to pose the dangers of social media especially for young people that have grown with it.) My reaction: I've always found Morningstar's articles difficult to read because she immediately launches into enormous details that require very large articles. And she does this within a posting style which includes large Tweets and other illustrations amid small type in which she expounds her views. Contrast this style with Caitlin Johnstone's in this post. However, if you can get beyond these difficulties, she rewards us with insightful comments.

• Election Special – Part 2: How A “Cyber 9/11” Will Usher In The AI “Internet Security” State featuring mainly Whitney Webb with comments by Ryan Cristián both of The Last American Vagabond website in a 2:40:53 hour video. My commentary follows: 

If you haven't time to listen to the whole video, I suggest that you first listen to their conclusions (or summary or implications) of Webb's extensive research at 2:26:20 (starting with Cristián's comments). They both warn of a "cyber 911" that is in preparation to happen after the elections. They both agree that this will at least profit cyber security firms, but Webb, especially, is concerned that these preparations might lead to an attack on Iran. 

I listened to about one hour of this discussion by listening to different parts of the video. She tracks different actors that are in the US, British, and Israeli secretive intelligence services and their collusion with hi-tech corporations together with media corporations to support a conspiracy theory of a highly developed fascist-like takeover of the US/Anglo/Zionist Empire. The information that Webb supplies are convincing of the narrative that they are engaged in a massive manipulation of the American public in a kind of "problem-reaction-solution" strategy to milk government agencies (funded by Americans) to enhance the profits and power of corporations in this Empire. I include power because their strategies will also result directly in access to private data medical records of individual Americans.  

I tend to worry less about the prospects for war as a result of these fascist conspiracies because the transnational capitalists, who now control all institutions, fear that they will lose too much of their assets in a war. But, I can't be sure. The Empire's fascist Deep State may be willing to risk all because they have decided that they are in decline, and it's "now or never". However, I agree with both of them that censorship will only increase in the future.

It amounts to a new type of totalitarianism. As I noted in my previous column, “[i]t isn’t national totalitarianism, because we’re living in a global capitalist empire, which isn’t ruled by nation-states, but rather, by supranational entities and the global capitalist system itself.” But it is totalitarianism nonetheless.

• How Big Tech seduced the Left by Geoff Shullenberger from Unherd (a website based in Britain). My reaction: The author largely doesn't offer an argument as "to how" this development took hold in America. I think it was accomplished to a considerable extent by fear campaigns in recent times such as 9/11, the War of Terrorism, and finally the covid-19 "pandemic". Digital technology like technology in general can be used to the benefit of humans or their enslavement. Under advanced capitalism, otherwise known as fascism, it is the latter which is implemented.

Note: The following three articles illustrates that government agencies do not have your interests in mind when they formulate public policies that are based on scientific research. Rather they serve solely the interests of corporations. This is another characteristic of advanced capitalism.

• Death, Money, and the Dueling Frauds: Trump and Biden by Edward Curtin from his weblog Behind the Curtain. This is a best post. My commentary follows:

Curtin quickly disposes of the current election scene as a giant distraction, and goes on to examine the most serious issue of all: the fascination of power over people that drives humans to commit all sorts of immoral acts against their fellow humans.  

Edward Curtin is a contemporary of mine and as an academic, much more well-read than I have been able to accomplish. But his experience of growing up in a society than promised much in the way of democracy and equality, but in reality, hid a growing fascist threat in the USA over the past 70 years is the same as mine. The fascist puppeteers of the current capitalist ruling class are hidden behind the curtain of distractions such as the "debate" between puppets. The ruling capitalist class have managed to conceal their dastardly deeds of their increasing power over the citizens of this country and much of the world. Now this power is clearly demonstrated for all to see in their laws which require nearly all citizen of the planet Earth to behave according to the diktats of a corrupt UN health agency, an agency corrupted by their power (in the form of money) to stoke up this fearsome "pandemic" which is an excuse to remove from us all remaining freedoms. They have used the profound fear of death to accomplish this.

As a result, the title suggests how all these phenomena are related: death, money, and the much ballyhooed debate. Curtin's name for his weblog is what he is all about: exposing the puppet show for what it is, or in other words, a major contribution to the exposing of fake scenarios, much like the media stories related to the coronavirus pandemic, the assassinations in the 1960s, the strange events that occurred in "9/11", the anthrax attacks of members of Congress, and the subsequent removal of many civil liberties. The article is deserving of study by those young people who still have questions and doubts about the current ruling class's handling of the coronavirus pandemic. It is far much more about this than the title suggests: the debate between Trump and Biden. It is ultimately about power that a tiny class of humans has over the rest of humanity.

Curtin's main thesis of the article is the implication for humans given their consciousness of death as a termination of individual lives. He examines this theme as a way to understand the fascination with power that has driven the actions of the fascist core of the capitalist ruling class over the past 70+ years since WWII. His inclusion of one link is monumental in this effort, that is, the interview that Lars Schall gave with Canadian Graeme Green in 2015. You simply must read this interview to understand what he is driving at. (In 2015 I also posted the interview from a website that no longer exists.)

I think that his main theme of understanding their drive for power is less important, especially for young people, than an understanding of the overwhelming evidence of the enormous threat of the concentration of power (along with wealth) by the ruling capitalist class, otherwise known as fascism. Old guys like Curtin and I have fought all our lives against this growing fascism and have largely resigned ourselves to this threat. We have mostly given up the fight against it, and now only attempt to explain it. But younger people haven't had this experience, and they should be given the knowledge gained from fighting this threat so that they can carry on the fight against fascism.

• Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.: Int'l. Message for Freedom and Hope from Children's Health Defense, a YouTube channel. My reaction follows: 

This an 18:50m video which features an impassioned speech by Kennedy to arouse the public to the defense of free speech, free assembly, and all the other freedom supposedly guaranteed by the US Constitution. He comes from a liberal viewpoint (in today's conventional sense) with its emphasis on civil liberties spelled-out in the Bill of Rights in the Constitution which I think was only accepted by the early capitalist ruling class to establish their control over the new nation. They have never taken civil rights seriously, and have violated them endless times over the centuries. Kennedy does not understand the basic contradiction of class rule with civil liberties. 

However, I think we can join his fight because the fight for these freedoms is our fight: certainly the fight for civil liberties such as freedom of expression and all the other civil liberties. But, while we are fighting for these freedoms, we can also fight for a social-economic system which inherently features equality in all respects: freedom from want, opportunities to participate in major issues--not only civil issues, but economic issues which are an essential part of our lives. To do this, we must eliminate a class system based on the private ownership and control of our economy.
