We’ve lived so long under the spell of hierarchy—from god-kings to feudal lords to party bosses—that only recently have we awakened to see not only that “regular” citizens have the capacity for self-governance, but that without their engagement our huge global crises cannot be addressed. The changes needed for human society simply to survive, let alone thrive, are so profound that the only way we will move toward them is if we ourselves, regular citizens, feel meaningful ownership of solutions through direct engagement. Our problems are too big, interrelated, and pervasive to yield to directives from on high.

Posts that I especially recommend for Wednesday, April 7, 2021

  • Stand in the Park featuring James Corbett from his weblog urging us to get outdoors while some of us still can.
  • From Debs to the DSA? Rescuing America’s Revolutionary Tradition by Ben Fredericks from Left Voice. (Note: I believe, based on a rapid perusal) that this is a rare, honest attempt to look at the history of left revolutionary movements within socialism. The article is for those who have read widely on leftist movements and revolutionary parties.)
I found this post initially on The Unz Review (I always try to post articles from their original sources) which is an old-fashioned conservative website. I have re-posted some of their article in the past that I thought were well-written and documented. But this piece touched off a series of thoughts in my brain that related to my increasing curiosity related to what I have noticed recently on TV. TV, I believe, is heavily influenced by the secret services who see this medium as a powerful propaganda tool to be used to propagate their insidious propaganda themes on behalf of the capitalist ruling class.

I have a well-tuned sixth sense about media corporations and their collaboration with the secret services that are under the control of the capitalist ruling class. I have noticed an increasing trend that suggests that mind manipulators in the secret services are up to something: the rather startling nearly consistent use of African-Americans in nationwide commercials.

But I was mystified as to what use this trend suggested ... that is until I read this article. I think this almost consistent use of African-Americans in commercials plus the recent widespread publicity about racist attacks of Asian-Americans by Black-Americans fit well with the favorite ruling classes strategy to sow interracial wars among Americans. You know--the old divide and conquer strategy.

Although I agree with the author of this article when he argues that these attacks on Asian-Americans represent an intermediate stage, but I differ when he predicts that the ultimate purpose is for a UN takeover of the USA. I see that these two recent trends fit well with the chaos strategy that the secret services have used to destabilize other countries beginning with Chile and El Salvador (see my commentary here, my reaction here (1st post), and my commentary here (7th post). I now believe that the two rather startling developments signal a chaos strategy designed against the American public to usher in a new authoritarian regime as was the case when the chaos strategy was used to target the destabilization of other nations.

Perhaps the transnational ruling capitalist class of the US/Anglo/Zionist Empire now see ordinary Americans as the target to be conquered and prepared to fit in their New World Order, or the latest version of this--the Great Reset. What do you think?

  • šŸ’„Whitney Webb Interview – Tanzania Coup, Rising Technocracy & The 4th Industrial Revolution featuring Webb who has returned from Chile, where she was needed to conduct personal affairs, interviewed by Ryan CristiĆ”n, host of this show from The Last American Vagabond. This is a best post. My reaction (based on only 15 minutes of listening to this program which lasts nearly an hour and a quarter--I will listen to the remainder after finishing this weblog): In this fascinating interview, Webb describes Chile as exemplifying the worst aspects of the USA, but if you think Chile is divorced from the reality in the USA, think again. The transnational capitalist class, who have homes scattered all over their Empire, doesn't divide up the world into nations. Remember, they see the world, or at least, their Empire as a whole. You, as American citizens, don't matter to them.

By keeping Americans angry and distracted by the partisan divide through pre-planned election chaos, a “New America” waits in the wings – one that is coming regardless of what happens on election day. That is, of course, unless Americans quickly wake up to the ruse.
My reaction follows:
I am giving this piece of investigative research top billing. I don't always do so because frequently my selection to order important articles follows other criteria--mainly to follow one important article after another to build momentum for a top article. But this well-researched piece explains with solid documentation the apparent current plan to use chaos strategy that I elaborated on in a commentary regarding Tuesday's post entitled "Riots for Neo-Liberalism: ANTIFA & BLM Are the Global Elites’ Useful Thugs". If this plan is followed and if Biden were to lose the November election, who knows where this plan will end?
  • Anti-Racist Uprising Infiltrated by Extreme-Right Hooligans by Andre Vltchek from New Eastern Outlook. (Note: I apologize to my readers for not posting this very important article in the middle of August. It lends further evidence that the ruling class is using its well-honed method of chaos strategy to impel Americans into accepting more fascist methods. This is another best post.)

  • How to Take Back Control of Your Mind by Cynthia Chung from Strategic Culture Foundation. (My reaction: She mostly addresses, in a somewhat convoluted fashion, the issue of how to brainwash a person, but, I think, not to emphasize methods to  "take back control of your mind". But the lesson is there: that understanding the past can fortify you against this unceasing brainwashing that we are all subject to by living in the capitalist US/Anglo/Zionist Empire where the past is re-written.)
  • The White Black Nationalist Color Revolution by CJ Hopkins from his weblog Consent Factory, Inc. (My reaction: I think Hopkins is too cynical. Okay, so the ruling class has instituted a well-funded and organized color revolution, but the people don't have to go along with their agenda. The suffering people can organize themselves and establish their own agenda independent of the ruling class who want to provoke chaos in order to establish a more overt fascism in their backyard. But are the people capable of doing this? It is too soon to determine the outcome. But just because the ruling class, confident in having brainwashed most Americans, has decided to desperately gamble with stirring up the American people, the latter according to Hopkins should resist this desperate move by quietly submitting to their program.)

Infiltration alert: "Rebellion Extinction: a capitalist scam to hijack our resistance"

Click here to access article by "The Acorn" posted on Winter Oak.

I know very little about this website and how "The Acorn" is related to them. However, I've noticed in the past 50 years that capitalist directors have often infiltrated their agents into movements to control and/or sow chaos among activist organizations. I've observed this method to destroy the Black Panthers organization, more generally in the Civil Rights Movement, and directly witnessed this in the Anti-Vietnam Movement. I fear this is happening once again in movements trying to stave off the worst effects of the destabilization of our climate caused by the operations of international capitalism.

"The Acorn" discovered signs that in Britain a group identified as "XR Business" appears to be doing just that.

Syria: Is US Fighting ISIS or Liquidating Assets?

Click here to access article by Tony Cartalucci from New Eastern Outlook
That the “final stronghold” of the self-proclaimed Islamic State (ISIS) resides in US occupied territory in Syria says it all.

From US Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) memos dating back to 2012 noting efforts to create a “Salafist” [Islamic] “principality” [State] in eastern Syria precisely where ISIS rose and now clings to its “final stronghold,” to the obvious fact that ISIS’ fighting capacity was only possible through extensive state sponsorship – it was already clear that the US and its partners in regime change against Syria had been using terrorists including ISIS as proxy ground forces.

Now the US claims it has cornered and is on the verge of defeating ISIS – despite the terrorist group having been cleared out of virtually every other corner of the nation by Syrian, Russian, Iranian, and Hezbollah forces long ago.
Cartalucci tells it like it is in contrast to other writers in alternative media who still hedge this insight behind rather obscure, oblique (def.) words. I have at least 25 posts, many from US corporate media, that support his view about the US, and its allies in the Middle East, which were involved in creating and supporting terrorist armies in an effort to effect regime change in Syria:

US policy failure reopens Iraqi-Syrian borders and the Iran-Beirut road

Click here to access article by Elijah J Magnier from his blog.

Now that the author has gained respect as an astute and honest geopolitical analyst of the Middle East, I no longer have to argue that he is eminently qualified to describe the current US Empire moves in Syria and their effects.

Sometime around 2010 the Empire strategists decided to employ a chaos strategy (which was honed in previous operations against Chile, El Salvador, Nicaragua, etc.) to cause a regime change in Syria because that government would not cooperate with Empire's strategy to punish Russia and to prevent further economic ties between Russia and Europe, specifically involving oil/gas pipelines

First, they constructed a phony proxy army which consisted of mostly violent people from the prisons of Saudi Arabia and its satellite states, and riff-raff across the world. This proxy army was funded by Saudi Arabia and its allies, and supported in various ways by the Empire's European satellites, Israel, and Turkey (the latter for mostly different reasons which Russia used to separate Turkey's geopolitical interests from the Empire's).

Added to the Empire's chaos strategy is the protection and support given to the Syrian Kurds in order to fight against their own proxy army. The Syrian Kurds had held out hopes to have their own territory carved out of Syria, and likely they dreamed of extending it to the Kurdish areas of Iraq. Thus, the Empire's very complicated strategy used various military and political actors for their own objective: to destabilize Syria and cause regime-change. The truth which has been highly fragmented by various independent journalists can now be told after the failure of this grand chaos strategy. Magnier makes a valuable contribution to that effort in this article.
He [Trump] finally ordered his forces to do so after long months of inaction, during which the US effectively offered protection to the terror group and allowed tens of thousands of ISIS militants to move freely to attack the Syrian Army and its allies along the Deir-ezzour al-Bukamal axis. [northeastern Syria]

The significance of Trump’s decision to finally move against ISIS cannot be overestimated. Since 2014 the US has been engaged in a phoney war against ISIS, pretending to fight this brutal takfiri group while in fact allowing it to expand and killing Syrian Army soldiers who actually fought the group. Throughout this time the US has used ISIS as a pretext for the US military presence in Syria. The US did bomb ISIS occupied Raqqah and destroyed it; it then made a deal to deport many thousands of ISIS partisans. But the ongoing Battle of Baghuz marks the first time the US has really fought ISIS. To his credit, Trump is now doing what the US has only pretended to do for five years: actually fighting ISIS. This spectacular and drawn out campaign allows Trump to take credit for defeating ISIS, although for half a decade the forces actually fighting ISIS have been the Syrian Army, Russia, the Iraqi PMU/Hashed al-Shaabi, the Iraqi Army, Lebanese Hezbollah, and Iran.

Maduro’s claim that Washington has used cyberwarfare to bring down Venezuela’s power grid cannot be so easily dismissed

Click here to access article by Stephen Gowans from his blog What's Left.

As the corporate media and so-called "public media" are urging us to believe that the Maduro government's failings are responsible for the power outage in Venezuela, Gowans argues with documentation and the history of the US's record about causing chaos in countries in which it desires regime change that agents of the USA is more likely the cause of the power outage.
To be sure, there is, at this point, no concrete evidence that Washington has sabotaged Venezuela’s electrical grid, but it has the capability to do so, a record of using cyberattacks against countries slated for regime change, a motivation to throw Venezuela into crisis, and a game plan it has used repeatedly in other countries.

The US hand may be absent from this week’s power failures in Venezuela, but chances are it wasn’t.
