We’ve lived so long under the spell of hierarchy—from god-kings to feudal lords to party bosses—that only recently have we awakened to see not only that “regular” citizens have the capacity for self-governance, but that without their engagement our huge global crises cannot be addressed. The changes needed for human society simply to survive, let alone thrive, are so profound that the only way we will move toward them is if we ourselves, regular citizens, feel meaningful ownership of solutions through direct engagement. Our problems are too big, interrelated, and pervasive to yield to directives from on high.

Calling lockdowns the worst public health catastrophe in human history is not unreasonable, and many who have studied the implications of lockdowns on human health and the global economy echo this sentiment.

The phrase seems to have been coined by Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, MD, PhD., a professor of both medicine and economics at Stanford University.
  • Fauci Responds To RFK Jr.’s Book featuring Jimmy Dore, a straight guy, interviewing and an impersonator (Mike MacRae) of Anthony Fauci, CDC's czar, from Dore's channel on YouTube (07:22). My reaction: This is hilarious!
... far too often, the facts don’t even matter. In a heavily conditioned society, way too many folks choose to believe what they are told/taught/programmed to believe. Don’t take my word for it. Just take a look around. How/why does that happen? I’ve written about this before yet, it sadly remains relevant and timely, so here we go again.

In his book, The Pig Who Sang to the Moon: The Emotional World of Farm Animals, Jeffrey Moussaieff Masson writes: “I was told by some New Zealand sheep farmers that sometimes a particularly smart lamb will learn to undo the latch of a gate, evidently not an uncommon skill, and the sheep farmer then worries that the lamb might teach his less clever companions to do the same.”

Masson asked the farmers: “What do you with sheep who can undo the latch?”

“We shoot them,” came the reply, “so they can’t pass on their knowledge.”

My reaction: The moral of this story is ... be sure to pass on your knowledge and critical thinking!
  • Glenn Greenwald: This is How They STOLE Your DEMOCRACY! featuring Russell Brand, a British comedian, and includes a commentary by Glenn Greenwald (with occasional comments by Brand) from Brand's channel on Rumble (with audio version). My reaction: This is where Greenwald and I part company. The "democracy" that has been tolerated by the ruling capitalist class is, and has always been, mostly fake. But now they are taking this largely fake democracy away from us.
Guardian journalist Stephanie Kirchgaessner was aware of the spying long before it was made public. Yet rather than blowing the whistle, publishing a huge scoop, or even simply notifying Assange privately, she instead chose to write highly dubious articles insinuating that he was an agent of Russian malfeasance.
  • Architects and Engineers: Solving the Mystery of Building 7 - w/ Ed Asner featuring Asner and various architects and engineers in a 2015 video explaining that 9/11 was an impossibility as anything other than a controlled demolition--from Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth. My reaction: Yes, Architects and engineers have also suffered censorship. Apparently this video has been restored on YouTube--for how long is anyone's guess.
The British government has historically maintained that the United Kingdom is only ever “four meals from anarchy” – meaning that the country would descend into widespread disorder, rioting and protest if stores were to run out of food for more than a day. While there is little to no indication of that happening in the U.S., hunger is on the rise, and with it political disenchantment. What form that will take remains to be seen. Globally, however, the situation is as grave as it has been in living memory, and it seems inconceivable that there will be no political ramifications to the shortages. If so, it could make the Arab Spring look mild by comparison.
  • The Persecution of Julian Assange featuring Chris Hedges and his guest Nils Melzer, UN Special Rapporteur on Torture, in an interview from RT's channel on YouTube (27:05).
“We want ‘war fighters’ – whether they be cyber specialists, drone pilots or infantry soldiers – to be stronger, faster, more intelligent, more resilient and more mobile to overcome the environment and the adversary. … As technology has become more sophisticated our thinking has become more focused on the machine rather than the person, but this needs to change if we are going to be effective in the future”, the paper says.
Foreign aid was revered by the Washington establishment, and the World Bank epitomized the arrogance of the financial masters of the universe (at least in their own minds and press releases). The World Bank, heavily subsidized by US taxpayers, profited from every debacle it spawned. The more loans the bank made, the more prestige and influence it acquired. After a profusion of bad loans to Third World governments helped ignite a debt crisis, I warned in a 1985 Wall Street Journal piece that expanding the World Bank’s role “would be akin to appointing Mrs. O’Leary’s cow as chief of the Chicago Fire Department.”

I was astounded at how many despots the World Bank was propping up.
The new German coalition government headed up by Chancellor Olaf Scholz is only one week in power but already the signals are pointing to Berlin being more amenable to U.S.-led NATO hostility towards Russia.
Many westerners trying to make sense of the events in the “dark continent” of Africa have many barriers standing in the way of their minds and reality. This must be the case, for without such filters of spin proclaiming Africa’s problems to be self-induced (or the consequence of Chinese debt slavery), we in the west, might actually feel horrified enough to demand systemic change. We might come to recognize that the plight of Africa has less to do with Africa and more to do with an intentional program of depopulation, and exploitation of vital resources.

Dr. Chris Martenson: [00:00:00] Hello, everyone, Dr Chris Martenson here, and welcome to the show, and it's one I've been waiting for, we've all been waiting for today. We are talking with Dr Peter McCullough. Dr McCullough is an American cardiologist. He's editor in chief of the Journals Reviews in Cardiovascular Medicine and Cardiorenal Medicine. In addition to being an M.D., he holds a master's in Public Health from the University of Michigan. He's an author on over 1000 research publications, holds an h index of over. Anything over 100 is really quite an accomplishment. His is 117. In other words, we are talking today with an exceptionally talented and brilliant cardiologist and a deeply principled man whose entire life and profession has been permanently impacted by what he's learned about COVID and saving patients lives. Peter, welcome to the program. It's been long overdue. I'm so glad to have you on.
We’ve been hit by the flood of money washing over our movement and creating a swamp of political stagnation. It’s important to spend some time talking about money because it has played such a divisive role in our organizations and in our movement.

My reaction: This weblog has been attacked by those who are concerned about money. Rogers then goes on to provide the details. I noticed that this weblog plans to convert this website to a subscription-only website. I can well understand this move, but I fear that this trend will have the effect of trapping readers/viewers into internet-type ghettos which will serve to cut off readers/views of other opinions.
The American people and most of those people that reside in the US/British/Zionist Empire have, indeed, been scammed! And, they must finally take responsibility for the scourge of capitalism. I don't know if this is gullibility is a part of human nature, but is obvious to me, and a few others like Johnstone, that the system is a fundamental cause for the ongoing existential crisis for humans and most other species here on planet Earth!

The main issues confronting the world's population are between a system that is designed for the self-serving interests of a tiny number of people who "own" economic property and those who want a socialist system that will forbid the "ownership/control" of economic property. The latter want a socialist government which truly represent them, identifies with them, beholden to them, and will look out for their real needs: health, education, and general well-being.

Capitalists want to gain money via their system because accumulated wealth gives them more power/control over others. However, the world's population are forever deceived into thinking that this tiny group of capitalists are only interested in accumulating wealth. For a limited time capitalists will supply goods in order to gain power over others, but their long-term goal is to gain power/control over others in the entire world! Control is the number one thing that capitalists want! It is this component of capitalism that causes them to tell countless lies and commit the most outrageous crimes to the rest of the world's population. It is this very addictive component of capitalism that drives this transnational class of capitalists toward fascism! You "true believers", and your fellow gullible human beings, share in the responsibility for this!
  • What Assange’s prosecution means for all of us featuring Gabriel Shipton, brother of Julian Assange, from Peoples Dispatch via their YouTube (03:39) channel whose extradition to the US for truth-telling about the crimes committed by ruling capitalist class of the de-facto US/British/Zionist Empire.
  • Antarctica’s Doomsday Glacier: How Doomed Are We? by Jeff Goodell from RollingStone. My reaction: This post is an attempt to rationalize the lack of attention by major corporate media to the climate crisis and to break the news of the climate crisis gently to their readers that they no longer can ignore. The ruling capitalist class has long taken control of Rolling Stone via their "intelligence" agencies by posting articles that serve to distract readers instead of covering the issues that might embarrass the ruling class.

... it is not easy to find information on scientific research not funded by pharmaceutical companies or organizations that depend on multinational drug companies. In fact, national and international drug agencies are funded by Big Pharma (the European Medicines Agency is 85 percent funded by multinational pharmaceutical companies). Even data from natural experiments are usually interpreted in an overly alarmist manner. For example, the Covid-19 disease mortality predictions were based on the mortality rate on the Diamond Princess cruise ship, which “was 1 percent…but this was a largely elderly population in a crowded” and artificially ventilated environment (p. 172).

A little later I found this sentence:

Regarding the Danish researcher’s [Peter Gotzsche] thoughts on the SARS-Cov-2 outbreak, his position can be summarized in these lines: it was an overly alarmist health emergency caused by generalized panic, affecting ordinary people and health care workers.
Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.’s book attacking Anthony Fauci and the medical establishment has become a publishing sensation, spending more than a full week as the #1 Amazon bestseller and racking up over 2,600 reviews, 94% of them five-star.

Now after nearly a month of stunned silence, the American media is finally taking belated notice. This morning the Associated Press released a 4,000 word hit-piece harshly attacking the most prominent public figure in America’s much-vilified anti-vaxxing movement.

And, a little later:

Almost half of the entire book under attack—around 200 pages—is devoted to the presenting and promoting the astonishing claim that everything we have been told about HIV/AIDS for more than 35 years probably amounts to a hoax.
  • The Assange Case Explained Simply by Australian Caitlin Johnstone with her American husband, Tim Foley, also reading the script (but you may miss supporting examples, illustrations, etc.)--from her weblog.
The Assange issue is simple. What makes it seem complicated is the lies people have been fed by the media class whose job is to manipulate the public into consenting to the agendas of the US power alliance and its war machine.
It’s looking increasingly likely that the US Federal Reserve and the globalist powers that be will use the dramatic rising of inflation as their excuse to bring down the US financial markets and with it, crash the greatest financial bubble in history. The enormous inflation rise since the malicious political lockdowns and the trillions of dollars in emergency spending by both Trump and Biden, coupled with the continuation of the Fed’s unprecedented near-zero interest rate policies and asset purchases of billions in bonds to keep the bubble inflated a bit longer– have set the stage for an imminent market collapse. Unlike what we are told, it is deliberate and managed.
  • What Do Men Tell Us about Pornography? What Does Pornography Tell Us about Men? by Derrick Jensen from Dissident Voice. My reaction: This gives a false analysis that encourages the divide between women and men. What this analysis misses is that control permeates our entire capitalist culture. As such, both women and men are indoctrinated in its control features. There is no appropriate or healthy pornography (material that stimulates erotic fantasies). There is just pornography which is a reflection of our capitalist culture which emphasizes control: over employees, over societies and ordinary people, over minorities (when our ruling class attempts to divide us), over nations when the ruling capitalist classes always seek to dominate them to obtain cheap labor or resources, and over women (which is the same dynamic as applied to minorities). Women as well as men and every race/ethnic group especially in the de-facto US/British/Zionist Empire are infected with this indoctrination-virus. The challenge is to identify the elements in our common pornography that perpetuate this distortion. This Jensen accomplishes.
  • Why it's hard to bring manufacturing back to US by Ding Gang from Global Times, a major Chinese publication. My reaction: It is not repetitive or hard work that motivated owners of industry to transplant their corporations to foreign lands. No, it was profits. The transplantation to foreign countries by privately-owned industries in search of greater profits, which has been going on for nearly 50 years, has had the effect of de-skilling the American workforce. The "owners" of these properties gave them the control, which is the case under capitalism, and combined with the advances in technology (created by this workforce) enabled these "owners" to transplant their entire operations to foreign lands to take advantage of cheaper labor outside of the USA. The "owners" are loyal to profits and not to American workers which would be the case with publicly-owned industry under a socialist system. I can remember that "Yankee know-how" was deservedly famous around the world, but those days are long gone.
Absent from mainstream discourse on Ghislaine Maxwell’s ongoing trial is any mention of the ties, not only of herself, but her family, to Israeli intelligence. Those ties, forged by Ghislaine’s father Robert Maxwell, are critical to understanding Ghislaine’s history and her role in Jeffrey Epstein’s sexual blackmail and trafficking network.
  • The Year of the New Normal Fascist by CJ Hopkins, normally a comedian living in Berlin, from his weblog Consent Factory, Inc. Hopkins returns to parody--what else is there? This holiday season ...
The message is, there will be no more unauthorized presidents, no more leaving the European Union, no more “populist” rebellions against the global hegemony of global-capitalism and its soul-crushing, valueless “woke” ideology. GloboCap is done playing grab-ass. They announced that back in March of 2020. They informed us in unmistakable terms that our lives were about to change, forever. They branded and advertised this change as “the New Normal,” in case we were … you know, cognitively challenged. They did not hide it. They wanted us to understand exactly what was coming, a global-capitalist version of totalitarianism, in which we will all be happy little fascist “consumers” showing each other our “compliance certificates” in order to be allowed to live our lives.

My reaction: It seems that we are now living in a fascist world which is the ultimate trajectory of capitalism. It also seems that, out of all proportion, many comedians are challenging, or engaging in sarcastic parody with, the onerous restrictions that the ruling classes are imposing on us ordinary people which they are labeling "the new normal".
  • Humanitarian Hawks Demand War on Ethiopia, National Guard Deploys to the Horn by Ann Garrison from Black Agenda Report. My reaction: While distracted by the confusion generated by the ruling class over promoting the Democratic Party (traditionally a "workingman's political party" permitted by them), the fake "woke" policies and the Critical Race Theory, ordinary Americans unfortunately don't pay much attention to this development. Add to this the corona pandemic and all the social restrictions, what is "left" and what is "right" on the political spectrum, the ruling capitalist class has enjoyed one success after another.

In the USA and Germany, high-level officials have used the term pandemic of the unvaccinated, suggesting that people who have been vaccinated are not relevant in the epidemiology of COVID-19. Officials’ use of this phrase might have encouraged one scientist to claim that “the unvaccinated threaten the vaccinated for COVID-19”. But this view is far too simple.

There is increasing evidence that vaccinated individuals continue to have a relevant role in transmission.
  • Omicron Fears Mount: But Only For The Data Hesitant by Chris Martenson from PeakProperity (part 1: Episode 039). (Note: Both audio and visual for Part 1 (below "Part 2") is available. Part 2 will only be available for members.) My reaction: Listen/view this because you don't want to passively submit to fear propaganda that is spread by corporate media.
Assange committed empire’s greatest sin. He exposed it as a criminal enterprise. He documented its lies, callous disregard for human life, rampant corruption and innumerable war crimes. Republican or Democrat. Conservative or Labour. Trump or Biden. It does not matter. The goons who oversee the empire sing from the same Satanic songbook. Empires always kill those who inflict deep and serious wounds.
In Part 1, we explored the ever-expanding definition of the global commons and the claim made by stakeholder capitalists that they should be the trustees of both the global commons and society. We are now going to look at how systems have been established to enable those stakeholders to seize the commons and to control society.

We should be mindful of what “global commons” means in the eyes of the Global Public-Private Partnership (GPPP) capitalists. For them, it indicates possession of everything: every resource on the planet, all land, all water, the air we breathe, the natural world in its entirety, and all humanity.

My reaction: "You will own nothing and be happy!"--Klaus Schwab. Translation: We, in the transnational capitalist ruling classes will own everything and control everything--and be completely satisfied!
  • Tuesday~Tuff Times by John Allen from his weblog on Medium. (Note: You may be required to subscribe to Medium @ $5/mo in order to access this article.) My reaction: He has important news for recipients of Social Security.
New reports explore how the OPCW suppressed findings that undermined US-led allegations of a chemical weapons attack in Douma, Syria in April 2018. Dr. Piers Robinson and Aaron Maté discuss the latest revelations on how the OPCW censored science.
Who knew that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the biggest importer of sophisticated weaponry in the developing world going back a generation and more, is SO fragile?
:
Apparently, the Wall Street Journal’s editorial board thinks so. Last week, it published an alarmed editorial that relayed the Saudis’ urgent pleas “for America for help as it runs out of ammunition to defend against the Iran-backed Houthis in Yemen.”

Hospitals across the U.S. are doing away with their vaccine mandates as a result of a persistent shortage of healthcare workers, according to a report Monday in The Wall Street Journal

Hospital chains and nonprofit hospitals are dropping the mandate in a bid to hold on to staff members who range from nurses to sanitation workers.
  • Why I Wrote ‘The Real Anthony Fauci’ by Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. from Children's Health Defense. (Note: I have had only two offers taken by my readers of Kennedy's book. I have still eight other offers to fill. I will send you copies of this book directly from my collection. You only have to notify me of your request including your address to goatmeal36@yahoo.com.
“Monsanto is a serial violator of federal environmental laws,” said U.S. attorney Tracy L. Wilkison. “The company repeatedly violated laws related to highly regulated chemicals, exposing people to pesticides that can cause serious health problems.”

My reaction: This was only one occasion when they were caught breaking the law. To corporations, the paltry fines are only a cost of doing business.
Western states are stunned: It is the first time that others are dictating to them – setting out their red lines – rather than being instructed on how to conform to American red lines. They are disconcerted, and unsure what to do next.

My reaction: The same one as posted Dec. 10 after this post: Ukraine: The Danger is NATO. I addition, read this post entitled "Ukraine receiving weapons and 'military instructors' from NATO".
People whom none of us elect, who ultimately control international finance, all corporate and business activity, government policy and international relations have constructed a system that will enable them to seize the “global commons.”

These people constitute a network called the Global Public-Private Partnership (GPPP).

In 1945, the world woke up to a new reality, a new world order.

The US had escaped World War II unscathed while Europe and Asia were completely destroyed. Throughout the war the US developed a massive industrial base to supply the war effort and its share of the world's economy had exponentially increased making the US the ultimate winner.

When the war had finally concluded, the US held 35% of the world's GDP, had 75% of the world's gold reserves, and owned both the massive debts of its allies and imposed war reparations upon its enemies.

The mass media have been growing astonishingly forceful in their efforts to manipulate the world into being so terrified of China that they’ll consent to any agenda no matter how insane and dangerous. The more forceful they become with their manipulations, the more important it is to counter their lies.

We’re being shoved in a very bad direction at an increasingly frenetic pace. This is being done for a reason. Be alert.

My reaction: The manipulation is accomplished by media corporations. This is why you need independent journalists like Julian Assange to bring you accurate reports of world events.

  • The Prevailing Corona Nonsense Narrative by Dr. Thomas Binder from Global Research. My reaction: I would describe this as a "best post", but I am not a medically trained specialist and have no medical qualifications. Otherwise, this post is very convincing.
  • Are COVID Death Rates WILDLY Inflated? featuring Jimmy Dore using his channel on Rumble (16:20) regarding the difficulty with government statistics about covid. My reaction: This is what I've been concerned with all along. But this doesn't cover the monetary pressures for hospitals to report covid cases. Also, this doesn't cover pressure on medical doctors to report covid cases.
Why have we given governments the power to control the citizenry under the guise of goodwill in “emergency” situations? Are we going to see the same thing in the future with major cyber security attacks on global financial systems?

A different path forward is needed. One where instead of citizens waiting for governments to tell them what to do, citizens engage in creating grass roots movements and become responsible for the state of public perception and dialogue. This can happen when people choose to change the state of conversation, sensemaking, and their overall state of being.

My commentary follows:

Critical thinking is certainly needed by ordinary people now, but we all must first decide to take responsibility for the state of affairs. Our self-serving ruling capitalist classes have taken this responsibility in the past by hiding behind a "democratic" government, but can we allow them to do this with our futures? I think not! The only option is to take control of our government and that means socialism. Are we prepared to change our socioeconomic system? I fear that we are not. Whether the course they are offering on critical thinking can lead to this decision to take responsibility is an open question.

You say you don't have time? This is an artifact of capitalism. Many employees make more costs that capitalists must avoid in their search for profits. But under socialism, you would work only 15 hours a week that would give you time to fix the world's problems. That's right--you will be the government and you, and other ordinary people, would take control of all socioeconomic institutions; and under your control we would have time to attend to our own needs such as health-care, education, entertainment, etc. instead of the capitalist ruling classes' control in order to obtain more profits and control over us and the rest of the world.

You're not qualified? You would have time to take classes to become informed, and you would take over the responsibility of hiring teachers to teach such classes. Everyone who is capable of working would work--and that includes capitalists!
  • 💥MSNBC’s Non-Stop Lying About Julian Assange featuring Jimmy Dore and Glenn Greenwald, a lawyer, using Dore's channel on YouTube (34:41) regarding the ongoing lies by major TV media corporations, fake leftists, etc. to undermine real journalism. This is a best post.

The North American ruling elite and their European and Pacific allies follow the same murderous, despotic unilateral policies they have always done. At home, they apply a woke, quasi-anti-racist, pseudo-feminist, false human rights gloss to pacify domestic liberal or social democrat qualms and progressive dissent. All the while they repress their impoverished lower classes with austerity, and, more recently, undeniably harmful, arbitrary public health restrictions. Overseas, Western elites continue to destroy or destabilize dozens of countries, falsely claiming to promote freedom and democracy, which even their own repression-drunk populations find ever harder to believe.

  • Stages 6 and 7 of Grief featuring the views and analysis of Prof. (retired) Guy McPherson, an independent scientist (via his YouTube channel--10:07), who has fearlessly focused his attention throughout his career on the climate crisis.
