• Pfizer & Moderna Fail To Respond To British Medical Journal About COVID Vaccine Safety Concerns by Arjun Walia from Collective Evolution. 

An article published in the British Medical Journal by Dr. Peter Doshi titled “Covid-19 Vaccines: In The Rush for Regulatory Approval, Do We Need More Data?” raises concerns regarding COVID-19 vaccine rollout, and one of them is the bio-distribution of the vaccine. This refers to the examination and study of where the vaccine and its ingredients go once injected into the body. Having sped up the approval process of these vaccines, it has been claimed that no compromises in the process of examining their safety were made. But the fact that no study for tracking the distribution of the vaccine within the human body was conducted for any of the authorized vaccines, we cannot say this is true.

Western news media exists to funnel propaganda into the minds of the public. This gets more obvious by the day.

• Edelman PR and the Manufacturing of “Trust” by Johnny Vedmore from Unlimited Hangout. My reaction: Are the new propagandists hiding under the cover of PR firms like Edelman PR? I think so. Read this article to enlighten yourself on the World Economic Forum's use of the latter firm to establish "trust" in their leadership and the Great Reset.

The Edelman firm has not only been a vehicle for laundering the public images of big corporations, but it is also used by various governments worldwide, which allows it access to all the major halls of power. Edelman is also deeply involved with the World Economic Forum, with Richard Edelman not only an official agenda contributor to the WEF, but his firm managing the very image of the globalist organization, which is advocating for a “great reset” to launch us into what the WEF terms “the Fourth Industrial Revolution.” Edelman was also represented during the suspiciously timed Event 201 pandemic simulation of 2019, which was arranged by the WEF, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security.

By moving in “the same circles as her father” and vowing to “work only on things involving Israel,” Isabel Maxwell became a pivotal liaison for the entry of Israeli intelligence-linked tech firms into Silicon Valley with the help of Microsoft’s two co-founders, Paul Allen and Bill Gates.

 

My reaction: Webb's prodigious and documented research uncovers many of Maxwell's ties, and that of her father, Jeffrey Epstein, to longtime Israeli intelligence circles as well as large US tech firms.

• Relentless Digitalization: Is a Cashless Economy a Real Threat to Privacy and Civil Liberties? by Sophia Wright from Global Research. My reaction: Again, digitization is only a tool to be used to surveil and control us or to promote a more convenient way of living for ordinary people. It depends on whether this is controlled by a self-serving ruling class or it is controlled by us (ordinary people). It looks very much like it will be used by the former.

• New Book: Unanswered Questions: What the September Eleventh Families Asked and the 9/11 Commission by Ray McGinnis, the book's author, from Global Research. (Note: I give credit to Global Research for this article because they have formatted it concisely. The primary source provides a reservoir of information, and encourages you to examine unanswered questions about 9/11, a profoundly pivotal 21st century event.)

• The Breaking Of The Corporate Media Monopoly by David Edwards from Media Lens (a British media watchdog). Edwards writes:

These alternative articles were ‘being shared more widely online than the views of mainstream newspaper commentators’. Remarkably, ‘Nothing from the BBC, the Guardian or the Daily Mail comes close’ to the most-shared alternative media pieces. The Canary reported that it had doubled the number of visitors to its site to six million in May. A story by Evolve Politics, run by just two people, was shared 55,000 times on Facebook and was read at least 200,000 times. These websites ‘explicitly offer a counter-narrative to what they deride as the “MSM” or mainstream media’.

Indeed, the evidence is now simply overwhelming – the 100-year big business monopoly of the mass media has been broken.

 

My reaction: Hopeful, but I remain skeptical.

As long as the US is the center of a globe-spanning empire, it will be necessary to keep Americans too poor, too busy and too confused to interfere with the operation of the machine. You cannot allow a critical mass of Americans to have enough money to spend on political campaign donations, to have enough free time to research what’s actually happening in their world, to be sufficiently stress-free to look up and realize that your government is murdering children in their name, and also keep the empire running smoothly. You cannot have an imperialist oligarchy who runs things and also have income and wealth equality. 

 

Johnstone concludes her article with this insightful statement about any effective solution: 

It’s not that you can’t beat the machine, it’s that you can’t beat the machine using the tools the machine has given you. A grassroots effort to wake each other up to reality is a very achievable goal, and once enough eyes are open, anything is possible.

He proposes a conspiracy theory which is rooted in government regulatory agencies where there is none. Such experts and most state bureaucrats and politicians view environmental regulations to save threatened species in a destabilizing climate as an "agenda" serving only negligible "special interests". Therefore expect such regulations will be dropped (or not enforced) in order to save us humans. This is only a  short-term solution to our future to the problem of the destabilization of the climate on our planet-Earth. Our masters in the ruling capitalist already know this, but their inherent drive to sustain profits will only accelerate their population reduction agenda known as the Great Reset in order to save themselves and their "beautiful" system of capitalism. The system depends on ever expanding growth on a planet that has finite resources. Something will have to give way. I look for more trouble in our future.

My reaction: I have followed articles by top scientists since the 1970s, and, in contrast to this author, I have arrived at the conclusion that it is far too late for the human species and most other species to survive the ravages of capitalism on our very unique planet. But what do I know? I agree with, and follow, retired professor Guy McPherson who as a devoted climate scientist has specialized many years in the independent study of the subject, and has reached similar conclusions which convinced me that my gut-felling was right. That is why a few years ago I changed the title of my weblog/website to "Surviving Capitalism" by adding the word "(not)" to the title. But, in the meantime, I have not abandoned my promotion of real socialism (the economy owned and controlled by all of the people) and my hatred of capitalism. I see this intellectual position, if somehow accomplished, as redemption for the centuries that humans have allowed capitalists to rule.

• Biden, Reversing Trump, Permits a Key Putin Goal: a New Russian Natural Gas Pipeline to Germany by Glenn Greenwald from his weblog at Substack. My commentary follows: 

I was totally "blown away" by the headline of this article. Although I consider myself as excelling at detecting propaganda, I was so influenced by major and other more independent media to believe their reports about what was purportedly Biden's statements against Putin in his recent meeting (March 10) with Putin. I even had sufficient doubts about Greenwald's article (he didn't provide confirming links). 

 

After two hours of research on the internet, I found some information about the actual meeting between Putin and Biden on March 10 as is stated in Greenwald's article (caption under the lead photo of their meeting), and I did find reports that partially confirmed his main allegation that Biden agreed to withdraw sanctions. Biden withdrew sanctions against some firms, mostly German firms, as reported in these articles: this, this, this, and this. 

 

Other than that I was only able to find future prospective meetings and current propaganda related to Biden's reference in 2014 that he told Putin to his face that he was a "killer" and that he didn't have a "soul". This was recently dredged up by ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos, the source of which was an interview by The New Yorker’s Evan Osnos in 2014 when Biden was Vice-President, in which he claims to have said these dramatic statements to Putin in the interview with Osnos. Was he telling the truth? There is no corroborating evidence. All the mainstream media played up this 2014 incident following the March 2021 meeting and many independent sources didn't question it.

After my research I again examined Greenwald's article. Too much of his article, in my opinion, makes Obama look like a good-guy. Wasn't the Ukraine coup engineered by the State Department not on his watch? Wasn't the Syrian project to overthrow the Assad government not on his watch?

 

I think I have learned my lesson to not trust any mainstream source for important news. And I think you can only trust thoroughly independent journalists like Glenn Greenwald, even though at times I disagree with him. I urge all of you to subscribe to his newsletter. 

• Gaza Is Better Than Auschwitz by Israel Shamir from The Unz Review. (Note: Yes, I know this article with an ironic title is published by an old-fashioned conservative website representing an old capitalist ruling class that has been replaced by Zionist-conservatives, popularly known as "Neo-cons". The latter have taken direct control of the US and they have been since WWII stealthily building an empire. But, I don't care whose website speaks the truth! That said, I don't necessarily agree with all of his arguments.) 

Only a rabid antisemite would say Gaza is worse than Auschwitz. No, it is better, but only just. And it has gone on longer, year upon year, with no end in sight.

My reaction: The suffering will continue because the new imperialist Empire is replacing the Third Reich which had produced so many "good Germans" with the "good Germans" of the 21st century. But this time the fascist-capitalists have a different brand: Made in America!

This post is from an old-fashioned conservative website and looks at the China vs USA competition as a contest between capitalist economies. Worst of all, while imposing punitive sanctions on the rest of the world, USA is losing in the race to develop better products than the China. The sub-headline says it all: "America Makes Aircraft Carriers, China Makes Money". While China seeks to become the dominant economy, USA seeks to threaten the world with its specialization in producing more devastating weapons. 

 

I wish that China develops only products that people all over the world need, not what capitalist corporations seduce people into believing what they need in order to obtain greater profits. The Chinese Communist Party sees that the USA and its Empire is hell-bent on ruling the world for the benefit of corporations, so they must pursue the path that they are on. But can they while pursuing their path avoid creating a capitalist class that takes over control of China and replace the Communist Party? That is the question that vexes me. My reaction: I can't figure out who the interviewer is, but it is someone who is an ordinary uninformed American who has questions about media corporations and their messages related to the Coalvid-19 pandemic. This "someone" interviews Ryan Cristián, who has done extensive research into the pandemic and who has been censored by major platforms. The ruling class, the controllers of our mainstream culture, have devised a "cancel culture" to convince most Americans to not listen to people who question the details related to the pandemic. The interviewer is not afraid to listen to Cristián who has been a target to not listen to. Cristián patiently explains the sources of his doubts about the coverage of mainstream media. If you are someone who has listened to people like Cristián or have done your own research and have concluded that the "authorities" have no scientific basis for justifying their onerous restrictions on your freedom, then you can very well ignore this article.

• How Portland Radicalized Me by Saskia Hostetler Lippy from CounterPunch. My commentary follows: 

After reading her article, I could still not understand "how Portland radicalized" Lippy. She attempts to be apolitical without any politics of her own. The fact that this is posted in CounterPunch, a liberal online publication, is the only clue as to her politics. Because her article was posted in this publication, I can only make an assumption about her politics: her actions were motivated by a concern for minorities who have historically been oppressed. 

By politics, I refer to the hierarchical class structure which underlies all history of human societies after they first settled in agricultural communities. This class structure, which gives more opportunities and decisions to some people in contrast others, has divided people and caused serious social conflicts ever since humans settled in these communities. 

Because we live "in a country of lies" (Curtin), the ruling class uses the arts of deception extensively to maintain their dominance and privileges over the rest of the population. The system of capitalism gives certain members, identified as capitalists, so much power over the rest of the population that they are able to impose their rules, manners, and interests on the former. Thus, they became a ruling class. In order to protect their wealth and privileges, they have had to resort to many subterfuges to remain in power. 

These capitalists proceeded to take power away from the monarchy and the aristocracy, which had ruled for a number of centuries initially through the use of arbitrary rules and violence or the threat of violence. But later, they to succumbed to self-serving mythologies, mostly religions, to maintain their rule. This new capitalist class based their power on the claims of "ownership" of the rapidly developing economic properties (industries) that started roughly in the 15th century in Europe. Because they were a minority, they had to appeal to the majority of citizens. They did so by calling themselves "liberals" (freedom from arbitrary rules laid down by monarchs and aristocrats) to appeal to ordinary people who resented the arbitrary nature of feudal authorities, and to claim they were establishing democracies (rule by the people). These were the first two lies, but they didn't stop there. 

The new capitalist classes became dominant everywhere and resorted to many lies to legitimatize their rule in the eyes of the vast majority. They rewrote history and laws which essentially sanctified the ownership of economic property. Naturally, the small publishers initially tended to distort their reporting to favor the new ruling capitalist classes. They reorganized lands that belonged to feudal authorities into nations. Capitalists appealed to nationalist instincts to wage wars to secure more resources. Naturally, they told lies to cover their covetous motivations. They spread stories about the inferiority and barbarity of their enemies.

Over time, capitalism consolidated so much property in the hands of a relatively few people that it was increasingly noticed by activist members of the general public which challenged the rule of capitalists. These latter became known as socialists or communists because they challenged private ownership of economic property. The capitalist ruling classes, in order to retain their dominant status, increasingly used "propaganda" to distort the thinking of their subject in self-serving ways. They also used their dominance over all institutions (education, history, entertainment, etc.) to impose their self-serving views on the rest of their societies which became ever larger over time as was the ownership of economic property secured in ever fewer hands. They told lies about racial minorities in order to divide and control ordinary Americans. This racist strategy has been resurrected today by the capitalist ruling class to sustain their diminishing power. I suspect it underlies the recent events in Portland and the confused politics of Lippy.

But the fundamental problem is that the general public is so confused about the nature of their societies and politics that they are easily manipulated by capitalist authorities. They have been lied to so much for so long by highly trained and remunerated propaganda specialists that they no longer have a realistic grasp of political reality. This, I suspect, applies to Lippy, the author of this article, and to so many activists like her. 

To rid themselves of this confusion, activists need to renew their conceptions of reality by studying history by real historians and to pursue the ever elusive truth about what is happening in the world through alternative media. This is precisely why I started on a journalistic project about three years ago: to restore some semblance to reality so that activists can no longer be manipulated. They must reject material conveniently furnished by media corporations. They must study real history from a working-class point of view if they are to effectively challenge the ruling capitalist class.

Long time followers of my website know that I have resigned to the position that the climate crisis is now irreversible. But I and all other animals and species will fight to the death to survive. And, that is what I am doing by continuing this website. 

Guy McPherson, a retired scientist who also believes that the crisis is irreversible, continues living with the notion that "only love remains" by which he means living in the present and deepening the connection with other people in our lives. That is the solution that he and others of the upper-middle-class can have that is not available to those of the working class. The latter face homelessness, despair of loss of loved ones and friends, extreme discomfort, and likely death.

Zuesse in this essay reveals his basic support for our class structured society by affirming his commitment to the way the ruling class that is imposing its draconian policies on entire nations. He does this by describing the opposition to be laissez faire or libertarian and the government policies as "socialistic" or "(legally enforced governmental policies)". Then he goes on to cite statistics that have been challenged by skeptics of ruling class policies. Zuesse has no idea what socialism is because he has been trained ("educated") to believe the social-welfare policies in past capitalist societies (like under FDR's administration) were "socialistic". 

The current "pandemic" is beneficial in the sense that it forces people of varying nominal political views to finally affirm their basic commitment to authoritarianism or genuine democracy. The latter position needs some elucidation in this era of authoritarianism or fascism (its capitalist version).  

Democracy, that is, genuine democracy, means that all people have been given access to positions of authority. Authoritarianism means that only some of the people will be "sufficiently knowledgeable" to determine the policies that will be imposed on others. Democracy means that all people will have equal access to education, health, work, and other institutions to support their well-being. Such equal access is counter to the capitalist system which facilitates the concentration of wealth and, therefore, power. The basis of capitalist societies is private ownership of the economy, and is obviously forbidden in socialist societies. Thus, capitalism inevitably results in class structured societies that are riven with class conflicts. History has demonstrated in capitalist societies ownership, and therefore, control of economic property are in the hands of a ruling class which inevitably results in greater and greater concentration of wealth, therefore power, in fewer and fewer hands. This inevitably leads to fascism, that is, government controlled by a tiny ruling class who impose greater and greater authoritarian methods to impose their control over the rest of societies.

The great mass of people have societal values which help to insure policies of equal access to education and free, independent media to inform people. Contrast this with rule by the self-serving capitalist class, the owners of economic property. Their values are constrained by what is good for their families or extended families. (Recall Margaret Thatcher's comment on this.)  

All ruling classes have historically justified their privileged position by self-serving justifications: they are wiser and more educated, therefore they are entitled to rule over the rest of the populations. It is also frequently observed that they justify all of their policies by claiming to be a "democracy". Censorship and propaganda are frequently used to prevent the rest of the population knowing what they are really doing.  

This is all obvious to genuine socialists; but to many supporters of class rule, it is not obvious. They try hard to disguise their political views. In the case of Zuesse and many others, they pretend to be critical of existing society; but "when push comes to shove" (def.), they support capitalist rule and will engage in all sorts of fake arguments to justify their views.

Mutu: rethinking our radical media

Although I am not an anarchist, who I think are too limited in their thinking, I am delighted by this post which reports on a rising network of grassroots independent media in France. The establishment of such networks is exactly what I think is vitally needed to counter the crushing oppression of ruling class corporate media. Media corporations serve only as propaganda and psychological warfare operations of the ruling capitalist class to create confusion and a false consciousness among ordinary people.

In May 2018, we attended a conference of the Mutu network in France, a network of local radical media websites which operate much like Indymedia did, but with a completely transparent editorial process.

We were blown away to discover how each of these sites, many we hadn’t even heard of, were acting as hubs for the various social movements taking place in cities and regions across France, focusing on local struggles and issues. With this focus, they became places where people went to find out about social conflicts when they broke out. But as we listened to descriptions of these sites connecting with groups of striking workers or occupying students, we also realised they function to draw together the various struggles within a given locality into a multi-faceted working-class movement.

Meighoo succeeds in eliciting the fundamental views and background that has shaped the uniquely independent views and geopolitical analysis that Raevsky has expressed on various major issues over the past decade. I particularly want to draw attention to details provided by Raevsky at roughly 2:40m, 19:05m, and 41:20m. 

Let me be clear that I always don't agree with his views, but I respect him as an independent thinker. I find it strange that he clings to the culture and religion of Orthodox Christianity.

I found it to be well worth my time and effort to listen to the entire 1:06:39 interview.

NBC’s Bizarre Attack on Tulsi Gabbard

View the following recent broadcast by Rick Sanchez on his show on RT, an international media group based in Russia. He discusses how American journalists media have flocked to this media company because of many reasons: the pressures to present the news in ways supported by their corporate bosses, outright censorship, being forced to resign, not being hired in the first place but enjoying solid credentials elsewhere, etc. 

RT has functioned to serve all alternative media journalists in place of what I have argued for a domestic media agency. However, being based in Russia, our masters in the ruling capitalist class have found it so easy to keep Americans from accessing the alternative journalists and analysts on this website. I still argue for a domestic, grass-roots based media; but if that is not possible, I thoroughly recommend following alternative, independent journalists on RT.

Sanchez bemoans the deterioration of news and information reporting on corporate media, but his perspective is limited to the takeover of media by operatives of the US/Anglo/Zionist agents of the ruling capitalist class since the Reagan years, and especially since 9/11. I argue that before this era, censorship functioned in a far more insidious form. The ruling class influenced all institutions by their control of careers and by their dependence on other corporate sponsors. Yes, I recognize the smile in the picture. I've seen it occasionally over my long adult life, but never in a grossly intimidating situation as in the picture largely because I'm white.

The founders of Media Lens (a British alternative website) David Cromwell and David Edwards, are interviewed by Klarenberg. Much of the discussion centers on "liberal media" which I admit I no longer understand. The political spectrum of what some people call the Anglo-American Empire has so shifted to the right that I am quite confused about the distinctions. Because liberals and conservatives served the same capitalist ruling class, such distinctions logically moved to the right following the events of the last 40 years. I am referring to the stark contradiction of the system of capitalism and a habitat that could be sustainable for human beings to live in. I am also referring to the dramatic challenges to the capitalist Empire (4th Reich?) that emerging nations such as Russia and China have posed for the directors of the dominant capitalist Empire. Therefore, separating liberal from conservative is no longer valid. It is now corporate media, under the control of the capitalist ruling class, versus alternative media which are increasingly questioning the narratives of corporate media.

Anyway, the questions pose to the founders of Media Lens draws out much very interesting material about how our masters of the Empire are flooding the media with self-serving propaganda in an attempt to shape our views and values and see the world through their lens, which is that of power and profits.
