Roberto tells the history of the American political economy in the 1920s and ’30s through this lens, exploring how the fascist structures of our own day were forged between the two world wars.Although Wright differs with some details, his review of Roberto's book about the roots of fascism in the USA during the period from 1920-1940 sees his history as very accurate. I generally agree with Wright who sees the development of fascism in the USA as continuing after WWII. I think that American fascism took off with the publication of "The American Century" in Time magazine by the well-connected Henry Luce, and continued aggressively right after the war (in contrast to what Wright asserts--see this).

I bookmarked this film when reported last month by 21st Century Wire, but I have as yet not viewed the film. Credit should go to an activist who alerted me to this post in which Roberts gives people an insight on media corporations and some excellent advice.

Yes, Mueller uncovered attempts by Trump to obstruct justice to prevent Mueller from finding that Trump actually colluded with Putin to rig the 2016 elections! Well, maybe he did ... then again, maybe he didn't--I don't know. I had to look up the word "hermeneutics" to make sense of Hopkins' apology, but I'm still a bit confused. Anyway, Hopkins apologized for being skeptical, and that's good enough for me. We should always trust our media corporations to do the right thing. After all, if we can't trust them, who can we trust?
