We’ve lived so long under the spell of hierarchy—from god-kings to feudal lords to party bosses—that only recently have we awakened to see not only that “regular” citizens have the capacity for self-governance, but that without their engagement our huge global crises cannot be addressed. The changes needed for human society simply to survive, let alone thrive, are so profound that the only way we will move toward them is if we ourselves, regular citizens, feel meaningful ownership of solutions through direct engagement. Our problems are too big, interrelated, and pervasive to yield to directives from on high.

... behind the scenes, the Oxford team reneged on their promise, signing an exclusive deal with pharmaceutical giant AstraZeneca, who made no commitment to selling the lifesaving vaccine at a low price. Even less well-known is that the decision was taken at the behest of Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates. “We went to Oxford and said, ‘Hey, you’re doing brilliant work,’” Gates said, “But…you really need to team up.” The 65-year-old tech tycoon is a strong proponent of patents and spends much of his time shaping global health policy.
James Love, director of Knowledge Ecology International, a nonprofit that works to expand access to medical technology, said that “Gates has staked out this outsized role in the vaccine world…He has an ideological belief that the intellectual property system is a wonderful mechanism that is necessary for innovation and prosperity.”
The decision to put profit before people is likely to have a devastating impact on the Global South.
  • Hillary Clinton set to produce TV show about female Kurdish fighters by Alex MacDonald from Middle East Eye (based in London). My reaction: Is this a sign of things to come: renewed efforts by the US/Anglo/Zionist Empire to re-engage in Syria now that Joe Biden, another Deep State acolyte, is in office? I think--yes. I view propaganda as one of the best signals that point to changes in Empire policies. The directors of the Empire regard manipulation of views, especially targeting the American audience, as a primary means to reach their objectives. The fact that this high-profile representative of the ruling class has joined an effort using identity politics as a weapon to encourage a renewed effort to conquer Syria is an important omen of one objective of the Empire's foreign policy.
I see Cunningham's accurate portrayal of the new Sec. of State as another indication that the US is returning to the more "sophisticated" capitalist ruling class faction that has ruled American during the past 75 years except during the recent brief Trump regime. It is a difference of style and some substance between the older fascism of Trump and the return to the more sophisticated style and substance of neofascism that is used by the main ruling class.
Neofascism uses a more updated version of propaganda and psychological operations than did the older authoritarian style epitomized by the Nazis which used crude propaganda and censorship. The main faction of the capitalist ruling class regarded Trump and his followers as rank amateurs and an unfortunate accident. Now they will return to the more sophisticated methods of neofascism (fascism 2.0) and to their objective to establish a new world order under their control (see also a longer, detailed history of past efforts at establishing a capitalist "new world order").
... much has changed .... The structure of the U.S. economy now is unrecognisably different to the myth of U.S. capitalism: Asset markets have been severed from their true returns, and soar away – unconstrained from any anchor in cash earnings; price discovery, via market interaction, no longer exists; markets are not free, but Treasury managed; enterprise capitalism has morphed into monopolistic oligarchism; innovation and small businesses have been crushed; fewer Americans work for younger companies; inequality is rampant; money printing and debt are no longer limited by any prudent considerations – but rather as an exciting MMT ‘opportunity’ ahead; and interest rates no longer act as the mechanism by which capital is directed to its most effective and productive, use. Big changes, all.
... if it is revealed that the thing we call “terrorism”, is something other than a naturally occurring, self-organized phenomenon, but rather something which only exists due to vast support from western political agencies, then a very different conclusion must be arrived at which may be disturbing for some.

  • Catherine Austin Fitts on The State of Our Currencies featuring James Corbett and Catherine Austin Fitts discussing solutions at a high level of abstraction via 33:34m video from The Corbett Report. My reaction: I don't normally post such discussions, but this post sounds so promising. Because their discussion is such a high level of abstraction, I can't understand most of what they are talking about. Can you? But I will be patient and wait for further clarification.
In this article Ehret is doing an obvious parody of a "deprogrammed" Trump supporter which is showing signs of becoming the latest fake theme in today's "news" provided by media corporations in America (see also this post).
Matthew Ehret is developing of following. He is becoming a "political genius" by increasing numbers of acolytes of America and abroad. He joins a list of several other "geniuses" (James Corbett, Derrick Broze, etc.) of American politics who are proposing to lead the way out of the political mess the country is in. Ehret's articles are posted on popular critical websites like Strategic Culture Foundation and Fort Russ News (the latter appears to be posting exclusively his articles). Let me be clear--I don't share this current fawning and fashionable trend. I occasionally post articles authored by these people that shed some light on current problems. Although these "geniuses" function as good critics of American politics, they don't offer any effective solutions to this growing crisis of capitalist rule.
Ehret is another carefully guided well-read person whose mind has been prepared by 75 years of Empire "education" that forbade any reference to Marxist thought or ideas. In 1963 I graduated from a major university with a BA degree in political sociology, but I was never assigned a reading by Marx or Marxist oriented writers! I had to use the university's library to read such literature.

Although ordinary people in this article credit Hugo Chávez for their communal structure, I think that such people should be credited for the realization of bottom-up control of their nation of Venezuela come true. They have been severely tested by the US/Anglo/Zionist Empire and have passed the test.
In a two week visit in late 2005 in which we visited various communes and listening to officials, I wasn't impressed by their support. I don't think that the bureaucrats that were appointed by Chavez truly believed that such a project was possible--even Chavez didn't take the communal structure seriously enough. Chavez too often used the communal structure as a political base for his elections, and I found some of the officials in his government unaware of the details of the communal structure. My commentary in 2010 reveals my doubts about the Venezuelan radical experiment.

But thanks to ordinary people like Lemus and Sifontes, the nation is on the way to implementing the dreams of Chavez and the people of Venezuela.

  • New World Next Week with James Evan Pilato featuring both James commenting initially regarding planned proposals by billionaire Bill Gates and later other crimes that are being committed by our ruling class posted on The Corbett Report. True to his anarchist ideology, Corbett declares that people like Bill Gates is "not the font (def. #2)" (around 4:20m) of these crimes, "the government is the problem" (12:35m). He does not yet identify the system and its rewards in the form of wealth and power that seems to always end up in the hands of a tiny class of billionaire capitalists. He continues to mix-up the problem, the capitalist system, with the government which is only a facade constructed by the ancestors of the ruling class and sponsored by this tiny class of billionaires--a ruling class whose power shapes all of our institutions. I can't wait for his "solutions" (sarcasm).
The Covid-19 pandemic which is real but exaggerated to a great extent by ruling class's control of the media, using bribes to hospitals to identify an upper-respiratory illness as Covid-19, pressure on doctors to diagnose anything that looks like coronavirus to do the same, tests like PCR that the creator of the test, Kary Mullis, severely criticizes as inappropriate, censorship of all voices in opposition no matter how qualified they are, etc.
I can't entirely figure out where Chossudovsky's views are coming from. He has in prior years severely criticized those who worried about the deterioration of our environment and the climate crisis. He hints of that position in this article by writing:

The same philanthropic foundations (Rockefeller, Ford, Soros, et al) which are the unspoken architects of the “Great Reset” and “Global Governance” are also involved in (generously) financing Climate Change activism, the Extinction Rebellion, the World Social Forum, Black Lives Matters, LGBT, et al.
He mixes in the climate crisis with all the nefarious projects that are sponsored by the capitalist ruling class. The latter, which is unsolvable under their system, has been worrying them since The Club of Rome issued its 1972 report "The Limits to Growth" which correctly recognizes that infinite growth on a finite planet is impossible. However, the emphasis was on population growth which ironically had been previously celebrated by capitalist sources because the increase of population always meant more customers for their products. The international capitalist ruling classes have been worried about this problem ever since. The Great Reset is often cited by critics as an example of a population reduction project, that is, a reduction of "useless eaters" (those who do not contribute to the profits of major corporations) as a major objective of its project under the cover of protecting people's health.

Perhaps he, too, is an anarchist.
Presented as a neutral authority, the Washington Post did not inform its readers that the IISS is largely funded and overseen by the weapons industry, with five of its six most generous contributors — Airbus, BAE Systems, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and Raytheon — major defense manufacturers, each donating six-figure sums. • After 'Incredible First Steps' on KXL and Paris, Biden Urged to 'Go Further' on Climate by Jessica Corbett from Common Dreams. My reaction: This liberal (in the current sense in the USA that promises only reforms to the capitalist system benefiting ordinary people) website celebrates the return to "normal": by thinking that the Biden administration will go forward to enact serious environmental regulations. The latter will only pretend as they have for so many years. Such liberals will be silent with the disappointing results, and they will be well-rewarded with solid careers for their silence. The capitalist ruling class, which supports both parties in our "democracy", will never compromise their system in any way that interferes with their access to their highly addictive drugs of wealth and power. But the corrupted Democratic Party will now promote the ruling class's agenda that results in the culling of "deplorable" workers ("useless eaters") not only in America, but across the globe as their preferred way to cope with the climate crisis. As for foreign policy, which few Americans pay attention to, it will be more of the same.

  • 15a) War Propaganda 2: The Cult of Militarism by Rod Driver from his weblog Elephants in the Room. My commentary follows:

I detected two biases in this otherwise excellent article: the understandable bias of George Orwell and the bias of Rod Driver whose immersion in capitalist propaganda explains his bias. I'll not get into all the propaganda uses of the word "communism", but it is a word that is diametrically opposed to capitalism, and this explains why communism is always and everywhere trashed in the US/Anglo/Zionist Empire.

You have to know about the history of the Soviet Union to understand how this word is used to defame communism. You have to know about the visceral hatred and actual deeds that capitalist ideologues have toward, and against, any system that opposes the private ownership and control of the economy. But you will have a hard time to access information about either subject in any location where the Empire exists--such is the power of capitalist ruling classes to censor and propagandize any subject.

Understanding Orwell's attitude toward the Soviet Union is derived from his experience fighting for the newly elected government in Spain during the 1930s. This experience added to an understanding of the history of the Soviet Union illuminates Orwell's attitude toward what he saw as "communism", but in reality was central planning of the economy by a privileged bureaucratic class as represented by Stalinist rule. To create this understanding, read my commentary of a year ago in which I criticized Rainer Shea's article and explained why the Soviet Union withdrew forces from the Spanish Civil War. I would add the factual history that the Soviets were severely degraded by the constant invasions from many capitalist countries, mainly by the British Empire that aspired to rule the world and which had a visceral antagonism against any form of socialism, or public ownership and control of the economy.

  • Government Mistakes Provided the Breeding Ground for the Mutant Virus, Which it is Now Using as an Alibi for Its Failures by Patrick Cockburn from CounterPunch. My reaction: Cockburn's observations regarding the poorest areas of Britain produces an argument that the ruling class's government knowingly allowed the coronavirus to mutate and spread among the poor. Because Britain's poorest go without immediate access to quality medical services and that they had to keep working to survive, the ruling class had perfect alibis to cull the poor from their nation. Could the rich directors of the US/Anglo/Zionist Empire have engineered this virus in their secret bio-weapon laboratories in order to cull the "useless eaters" from their population? One might suspect so because they are guilty of other social crimes (wars for one) of this magnitude. This suspicion leads one to the insight that the global pandemic is a class war that the Empire's capitalist ruling classes are committed to winning.
  • January 6 Was An Inside Job featuring in a 26:03m podcast Abby Martin, Mike Prysner, and Brian Becker, who has made a study of the Jan. 6 incident, discuss why they think it was an "inside job". I suspect that it was a Deep State project carried out by the secret intelligence services to prepare the public (psy-op) for more legislation curbing civil-rights of the general public. But I do not agree with them in their prediction that the "powers that be" will legally go after Trump to the extent of imprisoning him. If you have a special interest in this event, you may be also interested in a piece of investigative journalism entitled "Was Trump Ousted from the Military Chain of Command?" from the same website.
  • How Billionaires Transfer Blame to Others by Eric Zuesse from Strategic Culture Foundation. • US makes aggressive opening move on Russian chessboard by M. K. Bhadrakumar from his weblog Indian Punchline. One species – Homo sapiens – is annihilating life on Earth, driving at least 200 species to extinction each day. In the time it took you to read this article, another species of life on Earth vanished into the fossil record.
My reaction: After researching this subject for more than 40 years, I hold the opinion that it is already too late to save our species; but that to redeem ourselves, we must fight capitalists and their addictions to profits and power by establishing our ownership and control over the economies of the world.

Posts that I especially recommend today: Monday, January 18, 2021

This article is entirely accurate, but it will be a surprise, and likely not to be believed by ordinary Americans and others. This history contradicts the "history" that most children have been exposed to in their educational experience in the US/Anglo/Zionist Empire that is now the dominant force in the world. As capitalism evolved into its natural end-state of fascism among many of the leading capitalist powers in the 1920s and '30s, it was natural that leading political figures of all the capitalist states were drawn to the fascist leaders of that period. But this didn't last, because the leading capitalist power of that time was the British Empire, and it was threatened by the rise and power of fascist Germany and their allies.
“Signor Mussolini” would only become a problem for Churchill and colleagues in the latter stages of his fascist rule, when British interests were threatened by the despot’s colonial ambitions.
It is unfortunate that Quinn did not develop the many implications of this historical development and the rewriting of history that was subsequently done by most historians, and especially those upper-middle-class propagandists and careerists employed by the ruling classes of the USA and throughout the British Empire. It demonstrates the power of ruling classes that is often missed by ordinary people. The latter are reared to be compulsively obedient to authorities who are employees of the capitalist ruling ruling classes. Notice I didn't mention actual members of the ruling class because they mostly stayed invisible by controlling the authorities with job and career opportunities. Often employees were thoroughly indoctrinated and co-opted by the ruling class to engage in sociopathic activities that would please their bosses.

This tale is so pregnant with many insights about humans, but I will explore only one of them. It is obvious that propaganda played an enormous role in changing the views of ordinary people who mostly had to struggle to maintain themselves and their families. This lack of time and the effects of indoctrination provided by their masters to respect and obey their authorities encouraged ordinary people to believe what they were told by mostly upper-middle-class authorities. The latter's well-paid careers were controlled by the mostly invisible capitalist ruling classes.
This actual history of the author explains why the British Empire and allies suddenly found themselves disenamored with, and severely threatened by, their fellow capitalists in the Axis nations to the extent that they joined their arch-enemy, the Soviets, to defeat the competing capitalist empire represented by the Axis powers. (This was especially evident in the behavior of Prime Minister Winston Churchill who had a visceral hatred of the Soviets. FDR often played a conciliatory role when he and Churchill met with Stalin.) If Germany had not launched their major air attacks on British cities after more the eight months since they declared war on Germany (the "phony war") and instead had headed east through Czechoslovakia to invade the Soviet Union, actual history might be telling us a very different story. (See my history of the war.) However, Germany had always competed with Britain to be the dominant force in the world, and their defeat in WWI left a residue of revengeful taste in their collective mouths.

Thus, the Allied capitalist ruling classes of WWII suddenly found themselves in a very different situation. The British ruling class was severely threatened by the growing fascist countries and gathered their Empire forces, warmed up their relations with the USA (which saw threats to their interests from a rising fascist Japan), and even established relations with their arch-nemesis the Soviet Union in order to defeat the threat of the German, Italian, Japanese threat to their British Empire.

However, they had to deal with their previous history of approval of fascist powers in order to prepare their ordinary citizens to fight this threat to the British Empire. The history of this propaganda project was successful beyond their wildest dreams. As a result, they had to banish Allied history from any hints of previous support for fascism. They didn't overlook its successful accomplishment and its lessons for further control of the minds of ordinary people via advanced propaganda technology. We are now seeing in America the fruits of this development in blatant examples of censorship, heavily biased anti-Trump propaganda, and psychological operations such as 9/11 and the exaggerated corona pandemic.
  • Who Is Bill Gates? A series of four by James Corbett from his weblog The Corbett Report. (Note: This excellent series was posted in May 2020, but he is playing such a major role in today's pandemic that I am posting this now.)
Perhaps this is a world of moral, not mental, illness. A sickness of the soul. And it is easy to sell one’s soul to the Devil if one has no moral sense, if it is a shrivelled appendage like a spiritual appendix. No longer needed, surplus to requirements, a useless eater of our body energy. Better to cut it out in one clean, surgical strike.
Can a whole culture fall prey to a collective soul-sickness, poisoned with the Kool-Aid of a warrior death cult? Can “this is war!” lose its power to thrill in the boardrooms, sports stadia, and fields of battle? Can Veblen’s “predatory culture” evolve past the need for “full spectrum dominance?”

He is currently Director of Strategy and Development at AE911Truth from which this interview is sourced. Except for a self-disclosure of Walter's background as a teacher in Philadelphia, I could find no other information regarding the educational credentials of Ted Walter. Baker is completely unaware that he is exposing the contradictions between the logic of capitalism as applied to the current health pandemic that is creating havoc among people who do not have access to medical care and low-cost drugs and the profit motive of capitalist actors. He doesn't realize that under advanced capitalism drugs are only considered a commodity like any other to enrich those who have ownership (and control) over intellectual patents. Advanced capitalism is where the capitalist class has so much consolidated wealth and power that they control government institutions that supposedly serve the people. Baker, whose career as a well-paid economist has been comfortably serving capitalist institutions for the benefit of himself and his family, still isn't aware of the contradictions of capitalism that promotes the welfare of a tiny class of rich capitalists against the well-being of the overwhelming majority of the world's population.
Silicon Valley’s most influential companies, alongside healthcare companies, US intelligence contractors and the Commons Project Foundation, recently launched the Vaccination Credential Initiative. The initiative’s ambitions reach far beyond vaccines and will have major implications for civil liberties.
... the US is waving around a broken stick and has run out of carrots. China on the other hand, waves around a big stick and one not aimed at players in the region, but at America and its retreat across the Pacific. China is also enjoying an abundance of carrots which to offer potential allies.
For all of these reasons, the US, through its own foreign policy, is isolating itself, not China and it is a trend that will only continue into the foreseeable future until the US is able to forego its position above all other nations and accept a constructive position among them instead.
  • The Russian Revolution: Separating Truth from Myth by Max Parry from The Unz Review. My reaction: I've encountered this propaganda so often. This article describes how capitalist ideologists tried to re-write the history of the Russian Revolution to conform to capitalist propaganda. But the irony is that his capitalist masters fired Prof. Antony Sutton in 1976 from Stanford's Hoover Institution after he wrote in his book Wall Street and the Rise of Hitler that international capitalists funded the rise of the Nazi Party. Sutton was highly erratic in his interpretation of history, but so were his peers who were trying to ingratiate themselves with their capitalist bosses to provide support for their propaganda.

Just to be clear, I don't know for certain what happened in Washington DC on January 6, but I tend to think that Americans are so naive about "intelligence" agencies' abilities to manipulate the views of ordinary Americans that they are taking what is reported by corporate media at face value. Because Becker has been active in revolutionary movements all of his adult life, he is no ordinary American. I knew of him while living in the San Franciso Bay Area in the 1980s. However, he with his obsession regarding older forms of fascism tends to see the older forms of fascism everywhere. He, too, fails to see the new forms, of what I refer to, as "neofascism".
Becker doesn't seem to be aware of neofascist forms of mind control that capitalist ruling classes have developed since WWII as reflected in foreign reports of color revolutions and other psychological operations (psy-ops) that have been designed and implemented for the past 75 years to crush any revolutionary forces or to install a new more "cooperative" regime. The "intelligence" agents have since learned more sophisticated methods of shaping views of ordinary people (see my commentary to the Harris article on Jan. 7) residing in US/Anglo/Zionist Empire. Because ordinary Americans do not follow reports of such incidents in foreign lands, they are so ignorant when these techniques are used against them. They are "babes in the woods" (def).

Since January 6 I've been reading reports that reveal that key Congressional figures were refused requests for more security. I am inclined to believe the report by David Mathisen in his article "The Capitol Hill Fiasco 2021" and its implications. It was likely a psychological operation by secret agencies of the Empire to pave the way to more laws restricting civil liberties, promoting censorship and surveillance of dissidents, and other nefarious objectives.

  • Chaos agent: Right-wing blames US Capitol riot on notorious instigator banished by Black Lives Matter by Max Blumenthal from The Grayzone. My reaction: Most activists are unaware that capitalist agencies of the Deep State like the CIA, FBI, NSA, etc. All the "intelligence" agencies use agent provocateurs to disrupt any activities by movements, both foreign and domestic, anyone who interferes with the power and profits of the capitalist ruling class. Because most activists don't pay attention to accurate foreign news provided by independent sources, they are often naive about the domestic uses of agent provocateurs. Fortunately, Blumenthal isn't, and at least some members of BLM are not. Such agent provocateurs are very well paid and follow capitalist moral principles that all capitalists adhere to: what is best for me, my family, and is sanctioned by powerful authorities are the right course of action.

  • Amber Waves by Martin Empson from Climate & Capitalism. (Note: This is a review of a book by the same title authored by Catherine Zabinski.) Empson writes:
Wheat however is no longer simply food. It is a commodity that is both highly profitable and a weapon in the arsenal of imperialist nations — particularly the United States. The vast wheat farms of the American Midwest enabled the US to shape the world in its own interest. Zabinski points out that the “Green Revolution” was less about feeding the world and more about fighting “Red Revolution” in the Global South. Like the ruling classes of the first states the US saw the Green Revolution as a way of ensuring its own [capitalist] ideals dominated around the world. But the experience for many recipient countries was much more negative as home-grown agriculture was undermined. [my insertion]
  • Large US military convoy enters Syria from neighboring Iraq from AMN (Al-Masdar News). My reaction: And the "war-beat" goes on. Self-absorbed, throughly indoctrinated American workers have no idea how various regions of the world suffer US violence because they only watch self-serving US/Anglo/Zionist Empire propaganda from corporate TV. Also, much of the USA ignores the almost daily raids by Israeli airplanes on Palestinians and adjacent countries. Now that the Deep State is increasingly turning against most Americans, hopefully they will awaken to the devastation imposed on them in the future, learn about the worldwide suffering at the hands of the Empire, and identify with all the "wretched of the earth".

  • An Exhausted Planet Limps Into 2021 by Robert Hunziker from CounterPunch. My reaction: The only thing that I can disagree with this article is this sentence: "Adopt eco economics as a healthy replacement for the neoliberal brand of forever-growth capitalism, cruising along on a golden paved road to never-never land of fantasy and ecstasy." Plain capitalism was never going to restrain itself from "the forever-growth" phenomenon because the wealth and power that the system delivers to families is too powerfully addictive. Transnational capitalism (they call it "neoliberalism") is only an updated version of capitalism, and it is not responsible for our crisis. It is the system itself. The denial of this fact only comforts upper-middle-class careerists who find the thought distasteful, that their role was essential by assisting capitalists to own and control everything on Earth. They want to shed their guilt in pursuit of their own comfortable lives by denying their collusion with capitalists, and that they might be also responsible for this crisis that threatens all life on Earth.

  • ASSA 2021: part two – the radical answers by Michael Roberts (lives in Britain) from his weblog. I regard this as a best post because he exposes Michael Hudson for what he is-- champion of industrial capitalism and not a socialist as he is often portrayed in left-wing weblogs in the USA.
So, welcome to 2021! If last week was any indication, it is going to be quite an exciting year. It is going to be the year in which GloboCap reminds everyone who is actually in charge and restores “normality” throughout the world, or at least attempts to restore “normality,” or the “New Normality,” or the “Great Normal Reset,” or “The New Normal War on Domestic Terror” … or whatever they eventually decide to call it.
In any event, whatever they call it, GloboCap is done playing grab-ass.
  • Michael Dowd - Post-doom Compost Theology featuring Dowd, a religious person who is kowledgable about science, explains his views of the future in a 49:53m video in Michael Shaw's channel The Great Story via YouTube. My reaction: I notice he doesn't mention capitalist culture as being unsustainable.
The fact that after four years in office their symbolic champion has nothing to show, yet in the midst of economic collapse he was still able to garner about eighty million votes, is a huge sign. It is a sobering warning to the ruling elite that blatant electoral manipulation and ruthless information censorship may serve as Band-Aid solutions, but are losing their effectiveness.
You can pull the tiger’s tail only so much before it pounces.
Hopefully, his analysis is correct. Also, notice that he uses "ruling elite". In our crazy time, you can't get away with using a Marxist term "ruling class"--although he comes close--if you want to be published. Class analysis is strictly "verboten". This is another example of thought control by our capitalist masters.
  • We Cannot Let Yesterday’s Farce Become Tomorrow’s Tragedy from Spectre. My reaction: This online post takes the right-wing and their attack on Congress rather seriously. But who is the right-wing? The Trump supporters or the ruling capitalist class that owns the government and likes to play psy-ops with their enemies? I think the latter. Do the ruling class regard ordinary Americans as the enemy? Yes! is my firm answer.

Hanania argues that the US is an imperialist nation that is bent on "global hegemony". After that he introduces several errors in his geopolitical analysis.
Ultimately, the danger for American elites is not that the U.S. may become less able to accomplish geopolitical objectives. Rather, it is that more Americans might begin to question the logic of U.S. global hegemony. Perhaps not every state is destined to become a liberal democracy, and nations with very different political systems can coexist peacefully, as many countries in East Asia do. Maybe the U.S. will not always be at the frontier of military and economic power, and the country that overtakes it may have completely different attitudes about the nature of the relationship between government and its citizens.
First of all, he refers to "American elites". This is a capitalist ideological term for ruling class. Next, in the third sentence, he writes "Perhaps not every state is destined to become a liberal democracy....". The term "liberal democracy" means bourgeois democracy, or the capitalist version of democracy which is a fake version of democracy. The author doesn't understand that nations ruled by capitalism inevitably become imperialist internationally and fascist internally down their acquisitive road to owning and dominating everyone or every nation on Earth. He is arguing for tolerance in a beast that is inherently intolerant.
  • The Capitol Hill Fiasco 2021 by David W. Mathisen from his weblog Star Myths of the World. This was a psy-op performance? Mathisen thinks so and furnishes footage from the event to argue this. (Note: You may also be interested in the comments of "Syrian Girl", who I believe now lives in Australia; and Bernhard's article entitled "Democrats Use Capitol Incident To Suppress Political Dissent".
  • While Railing Against Trump Coup, Biden Appoints Chief Ukraine Coup-Plotter Victoria Nuland by Alan Macleod from Mint Press News. (Note: You may also be interested in another report about a Biden appointment to be the Director of National Intelligence.) My reaction: Forget about what the "78-year-old Delawarean said".  Biden's administration takes order from the Deep State, whose orders he knows so well, as he continues their program of regime change with nations that demonstrate any independence from the US/Anglo/Zionist Empire. Most American workers don't follow foreign affairs, but they may start after witnessing attacks on their safety and welfare. The ever-shrinking capitalist ruling class regards workers as "deplorables" who increasingly do not share their interests of dominance over other nations, and certainly not over them.
  • Sterilisation by Dave Cullen from his channel Computing Forever on Bitchute. (Note: I will be gradually converting from YouTube to Bitchute due to YouTube's practice of censorship.) My reaction: I don't agree with one of Cullen's opinion that there is no over-population on our planet and our masters are concerned with what he asserts as a fake "climate change" scenario. Capitalist ruling classes have always welcomed population increases and they were aided by collaborated religious authorities to promote families having children and restricted access to contraceptives. The Empire's ruling class is aware of, and concerned about, the overwhelming scientific evidence of the threat of dramatic climate destabilization, but their solutions to the crisis are totally self-serving as one would expect. Although vigorously denying it, they refuse to give up on their polluting industries, which directly or indirectly result in global warming, but also provide them with fabulous wealth and power.
This article illustrates the power of the family's interest in whatever social justice values these individuals held before their very comfortable careers in government. This piece of evidence supports the view of the general capitalist class that there is no such thing as society, only families (and possibly their neighbors) so well articulated by the former Prime Minister of Britain Margaret Thatcher. Thatcher was only recognizing the reality of the capitalist system and its promotion of the welfare of families. This ultimately leads, like the game of Monopoly, to a few "winners" and many "losers". Placing one's family's interests before society's is downgrading the importance of societies.
What most people don't know is that societies are what has preserved the human species for several millions of years before humans resided in communities made possible by agricultural advances only in the last 10,000 years. Therefore, class structured societies with their emphasis on the welfare of the family are a dynamic that will ultimately lead to human extinction in which all humans and most other species lose. With the destabilization of the climate caused by human activities under capitalism, humans are threatening their extinction along with most other existing species on our unique planet Earth.

Posts that I especially recommend today: Thursday, January 7, 2021

This website seems to be moving to the right as reflected in its posting of articles about world political events. This article is a blatant example of a naïve approach to American politics that only a recent graduate of a four-year American college graduate who has majored in political science would demonstrate. There is no hint of a Deep State, that is, a well-connected financiers, corporate executives, and other major capitalists who firmly control what Congress does using secret "intelligence" agencies to circumvent Congress and design propaganda that is propagated by their control of nearly all media organizations. After all, they fund the campaigns of "your" representatives in Congress. They are a ruling class who quite literally own the country and much of the economy residing in the US/Anglo/Zionist Empire. As such, they control millions on jobs and careers. Their ownership gives them powerful control over every institution. I would like to offer an alternative view which is much more realistic than the nonsensical question stated by this author.
Granted, it is difficult to determine what our masters are up to, but there are ways to find out. First, regard all TV coverage as propaganda that is designed to sweeten the deeds of our ruling masters in the eyes of the general public. Do not watch TV to learn what is going on in the world and the USA. Whatever coverage they provide via their TV networks, you must consider their reporting only as a promotion of their interests of profits and power. "News" is the product of corporate TV networks which are owned by the ruling class. They are addicted to "substances" of profit and power and the capitalist system which deliver these addictive drugs to them. Corporate TV will always craft their propaganda as a way to con you into behaving and believing in ways that promote their agendas. You probably already can readily see through the commercials that try their best to promote their sponsor's products. You must also learn to analyze the "news" offered to you by corporations,
Become aware of all the tricks used by propagandists to sell their news-products: psy-ops, gas-lighting, CIA's practices to manipulate public opinion, sources of information that have a history of corruption by funding sources, all the mind control techniques, "factcheckers" acting to censor debate, etc. These are all indications of what I call neofascism, an updated version of old-fashioned fascism that relies more on control of your mind than it does by threats of bodily harm. What people don't usually know is how history has been re-written (an example of manufacturing reality) to favor capitalist interests.
Second, choose other more independent websites and other publications to know what is really going on in the world. I have lists posted on my website (on the right side) that I trust. You can start there. But media organizations change and you must be aware of these changes. Always examine documentation to ferret out what is the author's opinion from what is suggested by evidence.
Third, read books that alternative websites promote and give greater clarity to issues which you are concerned about. Our masters believe you don't read books, so they don't police and censor books like they do other media. Many authors will frequently write analyses in books that they will not elsewhere.
