These are the great manipulators, backed by the West, whose crimes are whitewashed by western public relations agencies paid millions by these regimes. Facilitating the western plunder and occupation of Central Africa, they are responsible in large part for over ten million people dead since the U.S.-backed invasion of 1996. Of course, these are the black African faces of western occupation.
