This economist-educator describes the latest games of the ruling class to extract more wealth from the rest of us. For example, speculators pay cash gained from their last housing scam to purchase all the bank owned distressed properties at bargain prices and rent them to us. Then there is the arbitrage scam: borrowing from the Fed's giveaway money program and purchasing bonds issued by governments all over the world whose citizens will be taxed to pay off the interest and principle at maturity.
