Lack Of U.S. Air Support In Ramadi Points To Disguised Darker Aim

It seems that it is the task of the NY Times to provide reasons excuses for the lack of US military action.

Bernhard comes up with a very plausible reason for the lack of US support that could have prevented the capture of Ramadi by ISIS.
