Ron appears to be an ordinary Venezuelan, who has spent a lot of time in the USA--because of his near-perfect American accent--representing Venezuelan people. My reaction: Apparently, our ruling masters haven't been satisfied with the work of the Contras which in the 1980s tried to destabilize, and partially succeeded, in driving the Sandinistas out of the Nicaraguan government.
