We’ve lived so long under the spell of hierarchy—from god-kings to feudal lords to party bosses—that only recently have we awakened to see not only that “regular” citizens have the capacity for self-governance, but that without their engagement our huge global crises cannot be addressed. The changes needed for human society simply to survive, let alone thrive, are so profound that the only way we will move toward them is if we ourselves, regular citizens, feel meaningful ownership of solutions through direct engagement. Our problems are too big, interrelated, and pervasive to yield to directives from on high.

  • Imagining Year 2020 Without Fauci, Redfield, USIAID, and the CDC by John Tamny from American Institute for Economic Research. My reaction: From my personal experience, I find "cancel culture" highly effective in limiting the views of ordinary Americans, particularly in relation to Americans believing whatever CDC and Dr. Fauci say despite abundant evidence to the contrary. "Cancel culture" is a ruling class sub-ideology that justifies censorship of those who have dissenting views, a characteristic of historical fascist-style capitalism. Worse yet, "cancel culture" is encouraging, and largely succeeding, in getting ordinary Americans to ignore dissident views related to the pandemic no matter how qualified they are on the subject.
  • The Disintegrated States of America by Pepe Escobar from "The Saker Blog". (Note: This post is essentially a book review of Disintegration: Indicators of the Coming American Collapse, a recent book authored by Andrei Martyanov that has had a marked influence on Escobar's thinking.)
  • We’re wired to care for others featuring an interview conducted by Sophie Shevardnadze of Tbilisi, Georgia (Sophie&Co.) with Patricia Churchland, a retired neuroscientist from San Diego, California, from Shevardnadze's RT channel on YouTube. My reaction: Although Churchland's theory of human nature as social animals makes sense, she admits that her field of neuroscience are unable to fully explain the phenomenon of sociopaths ("psychopaths"). Could it be that the man-made system of capitalism rewards "psychopaths" with wealth and power?

  • Time Is Running Out, We Must Act Now! by Dr. Vernon Coleman (35:04) from a video presentation from his weblog. (Note: Coleman is a retired British medical doctor.) My reaction: I, at 85 years of age, have joined Coleman acting against the ruling capitalist class of the US/Anglo/Zionist Empire. I am protesting my local co-op food store continuing the requirement for their employees to wear masks despite Minnesota governor's recent cancellation of the pandemic requirements acting under his emergency powers. So, my website/weblog may be further interrupted during this protest in addition to my efforts to maintain my health.

A Senate intelligence committee is to receive a report from the Department of Defense’s Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) Task Force next month. That has also raised public interest in the possibility of alien life breaching our skies equipped with physics-defying technology far superior to existing supersonic jets and surveillance systems.

Several other questions come to mind that beg skepticism. Why does the phenomenon of UFOs or UAP only seem to be associated with the American military? This goes back decades to the speculation during the 1950s about aliens crashing at Roswell in New Mexico. Why is it that only the American military seems privy to such strange encounters? Why not the Russian or Chinese military which would have comparable detection technology to the Americans but they don’t seem to have made any public disclosures on alien encounters? Such a discrepancy is implausible unless we believe that life-forms from lightyears away have a fixation solely on the United States. That’s intergalactic American “exceptionalism” for you!
It was the Americans under the George W Bush and Barack Obama administrations who developed and deployed the Stuxnet malware virus which crippled Iran’s nuclear industry over a decade ago. No other nation has been caught so red-handed in an act of cyber warfare.

The revelations in 2013 and later by former CIA contractor Edward Snowden documenting in devastating detail a global campaign of illegal surveillance covering the internet and telecommunications by the American National Security Agency is another astounding facet. Snowden provided the Wikileaks whistleblower site archives showing how the CIA and NSA worked with U.S. internet tech companies to illegally infiltrate the private communications of governments and citizens all around the world. Not only that but the CIA has developed techniques for falsely incriminating others with their cybercrimes.

  • The Skew in Science That Feeds US EPA Regulation by S. Stanley Young and Warren Kindzierski from American Institute for Economic Research. (Note: John Ioannidis in the first paragraph is a top Stanford epidemiologist. Use my search engines to find out more about him.) My reaction: Science is skewed to favor the billionaire ruling class who are addicted to power and profits. They rule, and we suffer.
  • Wearable “Solutions” and the Internet of Incarceration by Jeremy Loffredo from Unlimited Hangout. My reaction: As technology, controlled by capitalists, discover more and more methods of population control and tracking you, you can expect that the methods will be designed for the greater panopticon (under the "Great Reset") to ensure the ruling class's access to profit and power. Of course, technology is neutral, but the way it is used can give the ruling billionaire class more power and control over you while amassing wealth for themselves. Everything about the capitalist system impels them to use technology in this way. Or it can be used to enhance and protect your health and welfare. Which do you see it used for under the current system?
  • New World Next Week with James Evan Pilato featuring the latest discussion (27:20m) by Corbett and Pilato regarding three subjects: 1) AT&T In ‘Advanced’ Talks To Combine HBO, CNN, Discovery And Other Media Assets; 2) Palestinians Stage Historic Strike Over Israeli Abuses, Gaza Bombing; 3) OSHA Tells Employers They May Be Liable For Adverse Reactions’ Over Vax Mandate from The Corbett Report.
  • 💥Propaganda and the Media — Part 3 – Establishing and Controlling the Narrative by Larry Romanoff from "The Saker Blog". This is a best post. The article represents a sophisticated exposure of the concentration of ownership (and wealth) occurring since WWII that has shaped mainstream news that most Americans follow. Because the latter have not been conscious of this concentration of wealth (mainstream media have long hidden information related to this fact), they have been so filled with propaganda that has served the wealthy instead of serving their own interests.
I stated earlier that the US media function as the microphone of the US State Department, full partners in scripting propaganda campaigns to achieve foreign policy objectives. But it is crucial to understand that the Americans are not leading these international geo-political, social, and moral assaults. They are merely functioning as the Bankers’ Private Army to accomplish the objectives of a group of European-UK elites who are always in the shadows and led by one who ... is “he who must not be named”.

I have described the slow and deliberate rise of fascist-capitalists and a summary of their efforts to groom the American population for their project to construct the US/Anglo/Zionist Empire since WWII.
  • Peasant mobilizations against backdrop of agrarian crisis by Sushovan Dhar from International Viewpoint. (Note: I need to magnify the text in order to read it, but if that doesn't help, you can read the article in its secondary source from CDTM.) My reaction: This is profoundly relevant for people who want to become informed about the farmer's massive protests against the government of India and their recent agricultural "reforms". Otherwise this post may interest you because it seems that the transnational capitalist frequently tests out their self-serving plans in foreign countries before they implement them here in the USA, the center of the reality of the US/Anglo/Zionist Empire.
The Farmers’ Produce Trade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Act allows farmers to sell their products outside the mandis (markets) of the Agricultural Produce Market Committee (APMC) without paying taxes. The Farmers (Empowerment and Protection) Agreement on Price Assurance and Farm Services Act allows farmers to sell their future products to agri-food companies at a predetermined price, and the Essential Commodities (Amendment) Act eases the centre’s control over the production and sale of agricultural products.

The Indian government wants us to believe that these laws are a decisive moment for Indian agriculture because they free farmers from the influence of intermediaries. But farmers’ organizations see it as a measure that increases the level of participation of private companies. There are two concerns about the laws. First, their content is seen as a threat to small and marginal farmers. Second, the haste with which they were passed in parliament is seen as a threat by states and regional parties. Let’s examine why the laws have met with strong opposition from farmers’ associations, opposition political parties and state governments ....

  • New Eastern Outlook: "Account was disabled or suspended by server administrator". I got this message this morning while trying to access this website. The ruling capitalist class is intent on narrowing the information and opinions you receive in order to better control you. They are afraid of you. They will do this as long as you remain quiet and remain "good Germans".
A similar thing has happened to CGTN, China's major online news website. Although you can now access the website, you can't read any of the articles.
  • James Corbett on the Human Extinction Event featuring Corbett reporting his views on the coming attacks on our present systems on the way to the Great Reset, the grandiose plan by transnational billionaire capitalists, in a 57-minute interview from his weblog The Corbett Report. My reaction: Did you notice that sometime in the interview, Corbett uses the verboten words "ruling class"?

Posts that I especially recommend for Wednesday, May 19, 2021 (very abbreviated post)

I was totally "blown away" by the headline of this article. Although I consider myself as excelling at detecting propaganda, I was so influenced by major and other more independent media to believe their reports about what was purportedly Biden's statements against Putin in his recent meeting (March 10) with Putin. I even had sufficient doubts about Greenwald's article (he didn't provide confirming links).

After two hours of research on the internet, I found some information about the actual meeting between Putin and Biden on March 10 as is stated in Greenwald's article (caption under the lead photo of their meeting), and I did find reports that partially confirmed his main allegation that Biden agreed to withdraw sanctions. Biden withdrew sanctions against some firms, mostly German firms, as reported in these articles: this, this, this, and this

Other than that I was only able to find future prospective meetings and current propaganda related to Biden's reference in 2014 that he told Putin to his face that he was a "killer" and that he didn't have a "soul". This was recently dredged up by ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos, the source of which was an interview by The New Yorker’s Evan Osnos in 2014 when Biden was Vice-President, in which he claims to have said these dramatic statements to Putin in the interview with Osnos. Was he telling the truth? There is no corroborating evidence. All the mainstream media played up this 2014 incident following the March 2021 meeting and many independent sources didn't question it.

After my research I again examined Greenwald's article. Too much of his article, in my opinion, makes Obama look like a good-guy. Wasn't the Ukraine coup engineered by the State Department not on his watch? Wasn't the Syrian project to overthrow the Assad government not on his watch?

I think I have learned my lesson to not trust any mainstream source for important news. And I think you can only trust thoroughly independent journalists like Glenn Greenwald, even though at times I disagree with him. I urge all of you to subscribe to his newsletter.
  • Gaza Is Better Than Auschwitz by Israel Shamir from The Unz Review. (Note: Yes, I know this article with an ironic title is published by an old-fashioned conservative website representing an old capitalist ruling class that has been replaced by Zionist-conservatives, popularly known as "Neo-cons". The latter have taken direct control of the US and they have been since WWII stealthily building an empire. But, I don't care whose website speaks the truth! That said, I don't necessarily agree with all of his arguments.)
Only a rabid antisemite would say Gaza is worse than Auschwitz. No, it is better, but only just. And it has gone on longer, year upon year, with no end in sight.
  • The Suffering of the Palestinians Continues and the World Simply Watches by James O'Neil from New Eastern Outlook. My reaction: The suffering will continue because the new imperialist Empire is replacing the Third Reich which had produced so many "good Germans" with the "good Germans" of the 21st century. They are obediently following their new fuehrers in the same ruling class as the Third Reich in the same expansive adventures to rule the world. But this time the fascist-capitalists have a different brand: Made in America!

  • Russell Brand: Is There a ‘Deliberate Attempt’ to Hide Origins of COVID? featuring a 17:32m video of British Russell Brand from Children's Health Defense asking all kinds of questions to unravel the mysteries of the origins of Covid-19 illness that has been used to rationalize a worldwide pandemic and health restrictions on our civil liberties of lock-downs, mask-wearing, and social distancing, all of which bankrupted an unknown number of small businesses and enriched billionaires. My brief commentary follows:
I have been through all this before with the assassinations of the Kennedys, Malcolm X, Martin L. King, 9/11, the invasion of Iraq, etc. All the dissenting reports were heavily censored combined with media corporations promoting the official views. I have long concluded that these crimes were committed by a fascist clique in the US ruling capitalist class devoted to building a powerful, world-dominating, capitalist empire combining the military might of the USA with what was left of the British Empire following WWII. Israel, and Zionist financial power, was added later.
  • 💥Propaganda and the Media – Deception on a Grand Scale – Part 2 by Larry Romanoff from "The Saker Blog". This is a best post. (Note: Romanoff analyses Empire propaganda for what it is: another weapon in the US/Anglo/Zionist Empire's quest to dominate the world. First, he devotes considerable space to treat how the propaganda machine works against China, next in Mexico, and finally in the implied Empire's capture of the WHO and their sterilization efforts of the developing countries.)
It is important to keep in mind that ‘the media’ is not some amorphous, inanimate object but a group of real people with names, who plan, script and conduct these propaganda campaigns. I have had encounters with some of these ‘reporters’ and ‘columnists’. Many of them qualify as gangsters, acting as front men for a criminal enterprise, using their public power to shield and defend those who should be imprisoned and trashing anyone who stands in their way.

In contrast to hearing much media noise on a topic, we sometimes have only a deafening silence which is equally a guarantee of propaganda, this time in the form of censorship. When the entire Western media unanimously have no comment on an important current topic, we can be certain that much has happened behind the scenes to ensure this result.

  • Sober-Minded Socialism by Devin Thomas O'Shea from Current Affairs. My reaction: Although I seem to be immune from any kind of addiction and I despise the established religions, I think that Alcoholics Anonymous is onto something.
  • Non-compliance at Travel Checkpoints featuring Dan Dicks in 13:21m interview from Corbett's website regarding an onerous encounter with the RCMP, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, while traveling in British Columbia. My reaction: I think we all must disturb and resist in any way we can. Mario Savio (of UC Berkeley) words expressed in 1964 seem relevant here:
There's a time when the operation of the machine becomes so odious, makes you so sick at heart, that you can't take part! You can't even passively take part! And you've got to put your bodies upon the gears and upon the wheels ... upon the levers, upon all the apparatus, and you've got to make it stop! And you've got to indicate to the people who run it, to the people who own it, that unless you're free, the machine will be prevented from working at all!

  • James Patrick with CJ Hopkins on the Covidian Cult featuring CJ Hopkins, who currently lives in Berlin, in interview (a little over an hour) from Ovalmedia's channel on YouTube. (Note: This starts at 1:06hr.) My reaction: I can't stand the smile on Patrick's face; but if you can get past this, I highly recommend listening to Hopkin's comments.
I love this author because he documents, which I can learn from, so many of his historical arguments, and because his understanding of history is most similar to mine compared to others identified currently identified as "investigative historians" (I've yet to find his credentials, but he clearly knows history). But we part company as to whether the Democratic and Republican parties matter in the fake democracy such as ours. Furthermore, Zuesse is an unapologetic devotee of FDR which I am decidedly not.

Roosevelt was a strange capitalist in that he didn't make his millions (today that would be billions) during his lifetime, but lived off of investments that he inherited from his early ancestors from Holland. He himself was an avid follower of ancestry, and he described an ancestor whose wealth was obtained through the China trade, or in other words, he may have engaged in drug trafficking

His neighbors, the Astors, Rockefellers, and Vanderbilts, were far richer. But he grew up with them and attended the same schools as them: Groton, a private prep school, and Harvard. However, possibly adding to his character was his coming down with polio just when started a career in politics. FDR later established the Roosevelt Warm Springs Institute for Rehabilitation. Corporate media cooperated with him to ignore his affliction which confined him to a wheelchair.

Thus, when he was attacked by a political adversary because of his support for government programs to help the poor in the Great Depression, he once said that he was "saving capitalism". And, he did.

How about considering real democracy? This would require a wholly novel plan rather than simply reciting a self-congratulatory word without substance upon examination.

Democracy is for psychologically mature adults. Citizen responsibility for self-governance must involve knowledge acquisition, sober reflection, evidence examination and reasoned discussion built into everyday public life. It must require sound collective judgment and moral responsibility for all local, regional and national decisions. To create a grown-up nation retrieved from the grip of ruling-class psychopaths who have long disempowered, neglected, exploited and abused us along with much of the world, we must mature into political grown-ups.

  • Dems Unhinged Attack On Rose McGowan For Telling Truth featuring Jimmy Dore and McGowan telling truth about our fake democracy, from Dore's channel (20:59m) on YouTube.  If you liked this, you may very well be interested in a later segment of this interview entitled Biden Is The End Of #MeToo of this interview. And also, you may be interested in this post entitled "Hillary Clinton's War Monger Appointed By Biden". My reaction to the latter post: Dore is discovering the real difference between the two parties governing our "democracy": the Democrats are cleverer at deception strategies whereas the Republicans act according to their beliefs that the rich should get richer and the poor be damn by ed.
  • Glenn Greenwald: Intercept Targets Journalists Of Color featuring Jimmy Dore and his guest Greenwald from Dore's YouTube channel. (Note: This piece covers the Intercept's distorted attacks on low-level journalists who report actual scenes. This report on the Intercept is typical of all mainstream journalists.) My reaction: Fortunately, Greenwald "wised up" (def.) about the Intercept and their billionaire owners in their efforts to use and co-opt him. But sadly, Greenwald is an exception among professional journalists "on the make" (def.)

It appears that the directors of the US/Anglo/Zionist Empire are launching an effort to breakdown the allegiance of troops to protect their own country and transfer the allegiance to NATO, the army of the Empire. By the same logic, I'm wondering if the billionaire directors of the capitalist Empire are using the pandemic to transfer the commitment of citizens have toward their individual nations to the Empire and its NATO army.

By grossly enhancing the threat of a disease (Covid-19), which evidence (in spite of censorship) suggests that the disease is no worse than ordinary influenza (see this and this) and other anomalies reported by censored medical scientists, but is more contagious through gain-of-function research at the Empire's various laboratories, the directors of said Empire are using emergency medical strategies to get their individual citizen's commitment to obey the diktats of both medical and political authorities. By using medical emergency strategies, they could weaken citizens commitment to constitutional restrictions of freedom of speech and assembly and strengthen the authority of political leaders who are at least nominally, if not wholly committed, to NATO. Thus the directors of the Empire would prepare the groundwork for the coming titanic struggle against Russia, China, and their supporters in their efforts to establish a multilateral world and free of the Empire's domination.

Just a thought, which crept into my mind this morning, and I wanted to share it with you. But it's probably one of those "conspiracy theories" that the authorities are so worried about (sarcasm).
  • 💥The Stakes of Finding COVID-19’s Origins by Nathan J. Robinson from Current Affairs. This is a best post. (Note: He writes according to official reports that "Well over 3 million people have been killed by COVID-19 around the world, including over half a million in this country." But Robinson tries to reconcile this estimate with the fact that the National Institute of Health, a government agency, "funded a project in Wuhan that “set out to create novel coronaviruses with the highest possible infectivity for human cells." He goes on to cite an article (I posted it yesterday) entitled "The origin of COVID: Did people or nature open Pandora’s box at Wuhan?" posted on the website of the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists. The article reported that two scientists denied that it could have come from the Wuhan Institute which Nicholas Wade, the author of the article, claims is unscientific reasoning, and politically motivated. Wade argued that most scientists won't object because they receive funding from federal agencies.) My reaction: Could it be that this is an example of the "plot thickening", a plot designed and carried out under the direction of our ruling class. Nah, they wouldn't do that! (satire)

Science is supposedly a self-correcting community of experts who constantly check each other’s work. So why didn’t other virologists point out that the Andersen group’s argument was full of absurdly large holes? Perhaps because in today’s universities speech can be very costly. Careers can be destroyed for stepping out of line. Any virologist who challenges the community’s declared view risks having his next grant application turned down by the panel of fellow virologists that advises the government grant distribution agency.

The Daszak and Andersen letters were really political, not scientific, statements, yet were amazingly effective.
  • 💥The Markets Are Rigged by James Corbett from The Corbett Report with audio, video (47:11m) & transcript. This is a best post. My reaction: Corbett keeps on investigating the capitalist Wall Street markets and discovers in this post that the "markets are rigged", with government collusion, by top capitalists who are in control of central banks throughout the US/Anglo/Zionist Empire. This discovery might lead him to adopt a Marxist perspective, which will replace his anarchist (agorist--a specific type) ideology, with a self-serving ruling class. But that is verboten in a capitalist society, especially in the heart of a capitalist Empire. So, we will continue on with descriptions of "oligarchic billionaires" who control the stock market for self-serving ends. Corbett will likely not conclude that a ruling capitalist class controls every institution in a capitalist society, that is, that they control media corporations, education, opinion shapers (thesaurus) like Hollywood films, etc.
  • 💥Denying the Demonic by Edward Curtin from his weblog Behind the Curtain. This is a best post. My commentary follows:
This is a "best post" because Curtin exposes the insight that demons are a part of what it is to be human: "For they are part of ourselves, not alien beings, as the tragedy of human history has shown us time and again." And Curtin ends with a death-bed confession by James Jesus Angleton, who many believe was a sinister "devil" along with his boss Alan Dulles of the CIA. It seems that we are all susceptible to the classic conditioning of Ivan Pavlov, and it appears that power is the irresistible drug that we all occasionally aspire to have. People who designate others as being "evil people" are the latter who find this drug to be irresistible. It may be, and probably is, our "Achilles heel" that now threatens us with extinction as a species, in addition to so many others, on planet Earth--or elsewhere should a few of us manage to migrate to other planets.

But, what if a ruling class consists of these people that are sometimes designated as "evil people"? What if these people infest all ruling classes? What if the nature of ruling classes infect all advanced societies? These questions suggest a Marxist perspective which is heavily censored throughout all advanced capitalist societies. What about mixed societies (mixed between privately owned and controlled enterprises and those which the government owns)? I do not know, so I will confine my comments to capitalist societies represented by the leading nations under the control of the US/Anglo/Zionist Empire (US, Britain, and Israel)
Israel sought not only to sustain its military supremacy in the region but also, like any colonial project, to present itself as a superior and more civilized population. The identification of the Palestinians as a primitive and violent rabble in contrast to the sophisticated, cultured and European Israeli society supports this feeling of superiority, while reinforcing the unequivocal link with its European origin and American endorsement. After all, it is these states that finance Israeli military policy. Hence the immanence of the security discourse, which in turn enables the practices of oppression, discrimination and murder by transforming them into practices of defense and revenge.

... when it comes to Western power, I think something more fundamental is taking place than normal biases and differences of opinion. Indeed, it is standard – even when it comes to the most vicious applications of British and American foreign policy – that Western mainstream media simply ghosts pivotal critical content that is staring it right in the face.

(Note: You will need to know what "ghosts" (def. #3) mean as used as a transitive verb.) My reaction: Alford doesn't elaborate on his implication of "something more fundamental is taking place than normal biases and differences of opinion". Let me explain what the "something" is: it's blatant censorship.
From the beginning of the twentieth century until 1929, purveyors of record players, radios, sheet music, and musical instruments had made large fortunes and proved useful in forging a culture with which people in the United States could identify. In many ways, the music industry was a nation-building force, which the country’s rulers needed to legitimize and propagate their claims. Now, after almost total collapse during the depression, the industry reestablished itself with new instruments, new sounds, and, above all, a new public attuned to bright lights and the big city.

In this context, the revival of folk music—that is, music derived from rural southern sources, unamplified, and, to a large extent, comprised of old songs of anonymous origin—was more than just another fad. Folk music encapsulated longings for an idyllic past, for a time before crass commercialism turned music into a commodity, and for relationships between musicians and audiences that were egalitarian and holistic. Folk music continues to have an appeal for these reasons today.

My reaction: This post provides a real history of a cultural movement that was a threat to the ruling class which decided to launch an empire combining their military dominance with what was left of the British Empire. They smeared this folk music movement as Russian-Communist inspired. These folk musicians were hounded and persecuted by the FBI in an effort to destroy it. This cultural phenomenon flourished in the post-WWII years when the fascist coup began with the use of the atomic bomb in Japan and continued with the McCarthy attacks on anyone who dared to voice opinions different from what the ruling class coup-leaders allowed. But they could not destroy it until the conclusion of the Vietnam War when this folk music movement and their influence also ended. After that, youth devoted themselves to "turning-on and dropping-out" to the Beetles tunes and rock-and-roll music. Now we see the same ruling class, which owns nearly everything and able to censor at will, able to pull-off successfully 9/11, the Iraq invasion, and the current pandemic with its lockdowns, shutting small businesses, and vaccines which hugely profits the pharmaceutical corporations with the latter immune from prosecution when their vaccines harm people. (I added to this reaction at 8:38 PM CT.)

Dissident [independent] journalists are a problem not only because they have broken free of the controls of  counterparts. Worse, dissident journalists are also educating readers so that they are better equipped to understand what corporate journalism is: that it is ideological prostitution. It is reporting and commentary for hire, by an establishment class. [my insertion]
This post is from an old-fashioned conservative website and looks at the China vs USA competition as a contest between capitalist economies. Worst of all, while imposing punitive sanctions on the rest of the world, USA is losing in the race to develop better products than the China. The sub-headline says it all: "America Makes Aircraft Carriers, China Makes Money". While China seeks to become the dominant economy, USA seeks to threaten the world with its specialization in producing more devastating weapons.

I wish that China develops only products that people all over the world need, not what capitalist corporations seduce people into believing what they need in order to obtain greater profits. The Chinese Communist Party sees that the USA and its Empire is hell-bent on ruling the world for the benefit of corporations, so they must pursue the path that they are on. But can they while pursuing their path avoid creating a capitalist class that takes over control of China and replace the Communist Party? That is the question that vexes me. (Commentary was edited to replace an error in the first paragraph at 6:42 PM CT.)
  • History: Napoleon Between War and Revolution by historian and political scientist Dr. Jacques Pauwels from Global Research. • New Report: Cable News Almost Never Covers Climate Change features Lee Camp satirically commenting on the climate crisis reported by media corporations in this 18:16m podcast. • Panel: Why Russia fears another Nazi attack featuring Rick Sanchez of RT asking questions of two Russian experts regarding Russia's celebration of the victory over Nazi Germany. My reaction: They make the point, which I often make, that history of WWII has been largely rewritten for the people located in the US/Anglo/Zionist Empire. Could it be that the Russian people fear another attack by NATO fascist forces that are amassed near the border with Russia?
  • Keep Weapons Out of Space — ‘The New War-Fighting Domain’ by Brian Cloughley from Strategic Culture Foundation. My reaction: Cloughley cites a 1967 agreement to keep weapons out of space signed by all leading nations, but provides evidence that since 1982 US presidents and their military keeps developing space weapons. I suggest you ask American Indians if the USA abides by (def.) their agreements.
  • Escalation In Palestine by Bernhard, a German independent blogger, from his weblog Moon of Alabama. My reaction: There have been many reports of tensions heating up between the Israeli government and the Palestinians and antagonistic Arabs in the region. I wonder what is going on.

The U.S. gave these helicopters, free of charge, to Colombia as part of what’s known as Plan Colombia – a massive military aid package that was ostensibly about fighting drug traffickers, but was really about defeating the leftist FARC counterinsurgency and punishing their base of support among peasants in rural areas.

In 2016, the FARC and government made a peace deal, so aside from a few holdouts, the FARC doesn’t exist.

Meanwhile, there’s more cocaine coming out of Colombia than ever, and the international drug cartels are more powerful than ever.

My reaction: Columbia is an integral part of Plan Columbia which was designed to control Venezuela if not all of South America for the US/Anglo/Zionist Empire. (See this and this.) I remember in the late 1980s attending in Oregon a report from an independent journalist who spoke of the many atrocities against labor leaders which was ignored by the Colombian government, and the reality of this was well hidden by US corporate media.

Posts that I especially recommend for Monday, May 10, 2021

  • Google CAUGHT Helping CIA Spy On You featuring Jimmy Dore, normally a comic (def--#3), seriously exposing the CIA, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc., the rest of their media corporations and their role in subverting real news coverage in the USA. (Note: "establishment" = the ruling capitalist class.) My reaction: I wish the general population could be as informed about our masters as comics like Dore, Hopkins, and R. Brand are.
  • 💥Propaganda and the Media: Part 1 – Introduction by Larry Romanoff from "The Saker" blog. This is a best post. (Note: You will need to know what "DDoS" means.) My reaction (Revised my reaction at 6:30 AM CT on Tuesday.): This knowledgeable person packs a lot of insights and factual history in this post. I especially found his comments about Chinese news media helpful. I rarely agree 100% with my posts, but I agree with probably 95% of this post. No one person knows everything! That is why we are social animals and depend on each other for the truth, among other important things. However, we are up against a US/Anglo/Zionist Empire that intentionally deceives us. I will provide my differences from Romanoff in future commentaries or reactions.
  • USAID admits to Venezuela regime change fraud featuring Anya Parampil and Red Lines' channel on YouTube revealing a well-kept secret. From The Grayzone. (Note: Because YouTube is playing games with left-wing and independent websites, you will need to watch the video directly on YouTube.)

Posts that I especially recommend for Saturday & Sunday, May 8 & 9, 2021

  • Important Update by Whitney Webb from her channel at Rokfin. My reaction: I, too, have been an avid follower of Webb's contributions, and I am sorry to learn of this bad news. I know that we should not rely on one source, but she was a bright light that revealed so much about our reality.
  • Interview w/ Ryan Cristian of The Last American Vagabond by someone who has a channel at Rokfin. My reaction: I can't figure out who the interviewer is, but it is someone who is an ordinary uninformed American who has questions about media corporations and their messages related to the Coalvid-19 pandemic. This "someone" interviews Ryan Cristián, who has done extensive research into the pandemic and who has been censored by major platforms. The ruling class, the controllers of our mainstream culture, have devised a "cancel culture" to convince most Americans to not listen to people who question the details related to the pandemic. The interviewer is not afraid to listen to Cristián who has been a target to not listen to. Cristián patiently explains the sources of his doubts about the coverage of mainstream media. If you are someone who has listened to people like Cristián or have done your own research and have concluded that the "authorities" have no scientific basis for justifying their onerous restrictions on your freedom, then you can very well ignore this article.
  • US Troops Trying to Break Through from Afghanistan into Central Asia by Valery Kulikov from New Eastern Outlook. (Note: The author considers it too expensive for the USA and coalition forces to move their military equipment and supplies back to their home countries. But where will they go? The rest of his analysis is devoted to this question.)
  • Unmasking Myanmar's Racist Genocidal US-backed Opposition by Brian Berletic (formerly "Tony Cartalucci") from his weblog Land Destroyer Report. (Note: To watch the video that the article contains, you may need to reinstall this article. Then select YouTube's source for the video--YouTube is constantly playing games with us. Now it appears that they make it difficult to access their videos contained in articles.) My reaction: Berletic has settled in Thailand after serving in the US Marines. He has devoted himself to uncovering the lies of the US ruling class in that area. We are lucky to have him uncover some of the lies we are told by the ruling class's media corporations. Therefore, we need to support him.
